THE SPACE: When you enter this gated compound you will experience a serene space to enjoy your time away from home. With expansive grounds and a significant amount of water front this is a boaters dream to watch all of the mega yachts, sailboats, and boats pass by. A brand new heated pool and outdoor space will give you time to hang out with friends and family while you unwind. The ranch style home has an open floor plan with expansive views of the New River, brand new furnishings, and gorgeous new flooring and bathrooms throughout. This way you can enjoy the property inside and outside! The kitchen has everything you need, gas stove, dual oven & microwave, dishwasher, drip coffeemaker and french press with complementary coffee & tea. The family room has a flatscreen television, large sectional couch, reading area and the screened in porch is right off the kitchen & living room. There's plenty of seating for dining and enjoying a home cooked meal all together. The dining area is right off the kitchen with seating for 8, there's seating for 3 at the kitchen island, or dine al fresco on the porch with seating for 8. The outdoor space includes a grill which can be utilized during your stay! Stephanie and Clint were so accommodating! We held our wedding in their backyard and it couldn't have gone any smoother. I can not recommend them enough!

We cannot say enough about how perfect this property was for our wedding week activities. We had family in town who also thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the beautifully kept grounds, and the magnificent yachts both docked at the location, and going by in the river. The hosts, Stephanie and Clint, went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The home included everything we needed. It was very clean and well maintained. We felt like we were in our own private oasis, while still being so close to Las Olas Blvd. I would go back in a heartbeat and I can’t wait to see my daughters “first look” pictures taken in the beautiful yard.

10 of us stayed at this magical, amazing home for my bachelorette trip and every aspect and detail of the property exceeded our expectations. This trip was one of the best of our lives and this spot is a huge reason why. From the spacious indoors to the beautiful surrounding outdoors with the perfect pool, beautiful tall trees and the backyard ends at a dock for yachts! We even were able to tour one. I can go on and on, you’re missing out on a stay of a lifetime if you pass this one up!

This fully gated property is beautiful. It is walking distance to Riverside Market (a one-of-a-kind bar and authentic Fort Lauderdale gem). There are two parks with playgrounds very close by and the neighborhood is a beautiful place to walk dogs. The layout of the house and bedrooms is fantastic for a family (or two!) with kids. The pool has a very unique, extended shallow shelf at one end that is great for little ones to sit in the water and play with toys. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating, and they have been very thoughtful in stocking the house with outdoor gear and games.

Home was as presented on the VRBO site. Owners were informative and and extremely hospitable. Back yard on the water with Yangtze passing by as we enjoyed the unground pool. Highly recommend this venue.

The house was just as expected. Very spacious and beautiful. We hosted a baby shower. Stephanie was very flexible and welcoming, which made planning the event go smoothly.

We had the most wonderful time at this property during our “just short of a week” visit.
The house was wonderful - very open, with plenty of room and light, well decorated and clean. We utilized the screened back patio in rain and shine, and it was perfect for relaxing and watching boats go by.
The grounds were gorgeous, a tropical paradise; and the pool was a delight.
We were able to easily get to everything from this location, and especially enjoyed our walks both around the neighborhood and the easy jaunt to the Las Olas area.
Clint was super accommodating. He made arrangements for us to get into the property a bit early so that we could avoid some upcoming weather. Upon our arrival he did a walk through with us and he was always up for answering our questions. He’s a great communicator. And we were lucky enough to meet the Westbrook’s very handsome dog, Cooper.
Should we find ourselves in the Ft. Lauderdale area again you can bet we are going to check out the availability of The Oeste Inn!

The compound is beautiful, inside out. You can tell that the Westbrooks pour a lot of time, and love into it.
Every bit of the process was a breeze. The Westbrooks made sure of that!
The bedrooms are all spacious. The beds, pillows and linens suck you right in. Making for the best rest. The kitchen is stocked perfectly, whether you are preparing your own meal, or picking something up and eating in. The outdoor patio is excellent for entertaining or just lounging.
The compound is PERFECT for a family, work trip or just for fun….it’s got something for everyone.

We were super excited to see the property in real life and it did not disappoint. It was spectacular and Clint + Stephanie were super nice and very helpful. They even let us play with their lovable dog Cooper who is a gentle giant! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit our friends.

Ok I'm giving this property 10 stars I'm going 5 over the required stars.....The place is absolutely beautiful! Once the gates open u feel like u are on your own private island resort. When u open the front door u will be amazed at how immaculate, and modern chic it looks. It has that modern home magazine wow factor.
The backyard is huge, and the views of the water and dock just makes u want to sit outside in that beautiful sunroom and take it all in.
Oh and about the Hosts Clint & Stephanie what can i say they were amazing, and super accommodating and easy to work with. They let me shoot my mini short film on the property with my crew. Now everybody in my crew all said the same thing "this place is amazing how did u find this" Clint responds quickly to anything u may need. He was an amazing host and his dog is a superfriendly and cute.
If u see this place and it's available all I can tell u is "BOOK IT! BOOK IT! BOOK IT! U will be SO Happy that u did, and you will have peace of mind during the day and at night knowing that u made the right choice. Amazing Getaway!
A group of friends and I came down for a long weekend and stayed at the Oeste Inn. It was amazing! Perfect location, great views, and it felt like our own little compound! Clint and Stephanie were beyond helpful. They were super accommodating and were very easy to get ahold of whenever we needed anything.

Worth it!
This property was perfect for my partner and me, our adult children, and my partner's brother. We were in town for a family affair and the newly renovated property was perfect for all of us to have both private and together space, communal meals, and relaxed conversation. We were able to have some extended family come join us on the property for meals and the mix of indoor and covered outdoor spaces was ideal for socializing. The property was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and spacious. The hosts were helpful and gracious, but also left us plenty of space. The view of the river from the screened porch was peaceful; maybe even better than the description of the property. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall, this property was well worth it. Thanks to Clint and Stephanie for helping to make our trip so perfect!
