Our family had a wonderful visit. The property is well located and very comfortable. The property owner was most gracious and helpful. Highly recommend.

This property is in a picturesque location on a wonderful island with very good golf courses.
But this house needs some improvements to live up to the standards for a rental in this community. we have rented here for the last 15 years.
1. sidewalk entry path is very dangerous, roots under the pavers have made it difficult to walk on.
2. Television - We had to use our Hulu account to be able to access the TV. (Owner was very helpful in getting it set up but that's not what you expect at these prices.
3. Bedding - Creepy, sheets were thread bare and pilled. I went to Walmart and purchased new sheets for my bed and brought them home.
4. Bathrooms, Towels were fine but no amenities such as shampoo, conditioner or face wipes, could be found. There was a pre used bar of soap in the shower, again not what you would expect.
5. We don't think the top of the refrigerator had been cleaned in a year, but the rest of the house was up to standards.
