Heron Walk Villa is a updated 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath semidetached house overlooking a lovely lagoon. The villa also includes a detached garage.
The Master Bedroom is on the main floor and has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom.
The main floor has the living room, sunroom, patio overlooking the lagoon, dining room and kitchen as well as the half bath. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located upstairs and share a full bathroom. Bedroom 2 overlooks the lagoon. All the bedrooms have closets and there is a full aundry room located upstairs.
As soon as you cross the causeway to this gated private Island you can kick back and relax in this stylish space on beautiful Callawassie island. Callawassie amenities including golf (discounted golf guest rates - make tee time in advance), tennis and pickle ball courts, two year round pools, a fitness center, and access to the River Club which has a bar and indoor and outdoor dining. The golf course is a Tom Fazio designed 27 hole course.
Callawassie Island’s is a true low country getaway. It's a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary and Community Wildlife Habitat with salt marshes, tidal creeks and lots of wildlife. There is deep water access via the Colleton River.
Callawassie Island is located less than an hour from the Savannah / Hilton Head Airport.
It's a 15 minute drive to charming Beaufort, SC and a further 25 minutes to the beaches of Hunting Island. Bluffton with restaurants and shops is 25 minutes in the other direction and on the way to Hilton Head Island.
And don't miss Historic Savannah, Georgia only a 45 minute drive from Callawassie.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, check-in was easy, and the security at the gate made us feel safe right away.The only minor downside was the bugs, but that’s to be expected in coastal South Carolina—honestly no different than any coastal area. As long as you keep the screen door closed, it’s not an issue at all.Shopping and dining were just minutes away, whether we headed into Beaufort or Bluffton, which was super convenient.One of the highlights of our trip was seeing gators out on the golf course—such an amazing view! We live in coastal Georgia and had never seen one in real life before, so that was really exciting for us.Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

Georgetown women’s golf parents and siblings had a wonderful stay!! Got to cheer on our girls and they took home the Runner up for the Big East conference championship!
