The 60” smart TV in the second living area allows access to streaming services as well as channels playing NFL, NBA, and MLS games. Cozy up on the sectional, peruse one of the Cape Cod guidebooks available in the house or play a board game around the table. Stainless steel appliances sparkle in the convenient full kitchen. Prepare tasty ingredients on the island. Handy extras include a waffle iron, George Foreman grill, and popcorn maker. When you’re ready to eat, you have your choice of four different dining areas in the house or on the deck. Relax on the brand-new deck, furnished with a sofa and a coffee table. Prepare meals on the gas grill and dine at the table. Find ample space to play in the grassy backyard -- complete with a hammock and gas fire pit with surrounding seating. There is also a large bluestone patio in the backyard. Other perks include an A/C unit in each bedroom, two wall-mounted 60' TVs, a firepit, and a 600mbps Wi-Fi network. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The fireplace is not operational. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Beautiful furnished and clean home. The neighborhood was quiet and extremely peaceful. My children loved watching the wild life out of the windows in the three season room. Would definitely stay again!!

A Retreat for Three Ladies. The house was spotless, it was beautiful, it was exactly what we needed! Comfortable Beds, HOT HOT (welcoming) Water, and a serene back yard.... we didn't' want to leave.

This house is in a nice location. Loved the sunroom where we enjoyed our meals. There is a full bathroom on the 3rd floor, a half bath on main floor, and a full bathroom in the basement with a walk-in shower. The house was clean, but the bottom floor was unusable due to a very strong musty odor. There was a dehumidifier in the basement but it wasn’t running when we arrived. We ran the dehumidifier and opened windows, but 5 days later the smell was still so overwhelming to everyone, that we were not able to use the bottom floor except for using the shower. The beds were very comfortable and the house was nice to hang out with friends. We really enjoyed going to Race Point Beach in Provincetown.

House is in a good location in the Brewster area which is our preference. If you wish for a quiet area this is it. House is nice with a great inside porch and deck area. Especially for summer rentals. Full bath is upstairs. 1/2 bath downstairs. Restaurants near by and house cozy.

This home has a great homey-cozy feel. Love the screened in porch and the availability of a nice propane fire pit to use. Perfect for a fall night. Home was very clean and organized. Lighting is great overall weather window daylight or indoor lights. I like the availability of rooms and bathrooms from top to basement. Overall had a great experience staying here!

The location in Brewster was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. The porch was very nice all day long. As an older person, the room lighting could be improved and more. Backyard was very nice also. Enjoyed our stay as we had our grown children with us and family in the area.

Nice place to stay. 4 adults and everyone had their own room. Kitchen had everything you need to make full meals. You will love the sunroom and the yard furniture. Would definety stay here again. The home, its location , and the price for 7 nights was perfect.

This home was close to shopping and local restaurants.We were able to go out on a Whale watch out of Provence town, and saw three different species of Whales. The Fin back, Humpback and Right Whale.

First time renting a house in this way & the experience was wonderful. The house was perfect for our family - we could all be together & had enough room to have individual space as well. It was a relaxing g way to visit our family on the Cape.

The location is great, the house was spacious, the sun room was definitely our favorite. The house could have been cleaner, there were still toys, a happy Birthday banner etc that was left up when we got there, the bathrooms and bedrooms seemed clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The house is clean and had enough space for us, family of 5 (the youngest is 14 years old) and a dog. The sunroom is very nice to work, eat, and hang around. Nearby Cape Cod bike trail is great to bike, run, and walk (with a dog). Several restaurants, cafes, and bakeries were still open during the last week of December.

We rented this for a weekend to attend our son’s wedding in Brewster. In addition to my wife and I, we have my oldest daughter and her husband, our 1 year old granddaughter, my cousin and a babysitter. Plenty of space of lively space for all. The backyard and new all season upper deck were great. Took a nice stroll to the lake/pond at then end of the road. 10-15 minute drive to anything you need. We will return!

The home delivered what it promised from the photos. Easy walk to bike trail & private beach at the end of the street. Best part of the house for us was the sun room & deck. Highly recommend dining at Chillingworth restaurant in Brewster.

Everything with the home was exactly as promised. Great location in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property was very clean and had a beautiful deck and sunroom to enjoy since it was still a bit chilly off season. We would definitely rent this home again if we have the opportunity. Our 2 dogs had a blast greeting the three wild turkeys who seem to reside in the area.
