About this condo rental
Situated in Ocean City, this attractive condo for $340 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This amenity filled building is ready to make this year the best Ocean City trip you have ever had. You enjoy the easy access to the beach that this beachfront property provides. On those days when you don’t want to be on the beach, enjoy the large sundeck with an outdoor pool, kiddie pool and tiki bar. There is also a heated indoor pool that is open for year-round enjoyment! There is a tennis court along with a pickle court for those of you are looking for a little competition. The kids will love the game room that also has two pool tables. There is a nice size gym for those of you looking to keep up with your workout routine and a sauna to help you relax those sore muscles. The building is located on 109th street and close to excellent restaurants, grocery stores, Northside Park, movies, miniature golf, go carts, laser tag and even a water park. This beautiful beachfront unit has updates throughout! The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a tile backsplash along with updated cabinetry and is ready for all your culinary creations. The master bedroom has a king size bed and amazing ceiling to floor windows that provide an unobstructed view of the ocean along with access to the ocean front balcony. There are double beds in the second bedroom and a queen in the third. Both bedrooms share a second balcony that looks out toward the bay and coastal highway. There is also a queen sleeper in the living room. You will love having three full-sized bathrooms in this unit which is extremely rare, and all have been recently remodeled. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and there if free WIFI for those that want to “stay connected.” There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit for guest use. Come stay in this fabulous unit and create your own Ocean City memories! THINGS TO KNOW: * Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key. * A one-time $75 resort fee paid to directly to the Golden Sands at check-in and this will provide 1 parking spot. Additional parking spots may be available at $20/day but are on a first come first served basis. (Parking is handled directly through the bldg.) * This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit. * Sorry no pets allowed. * This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends. * Linens & towels are included for rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. * This condo is on the 4th floor. Golden Sands is an elevator building. * Quick access to the beach. * The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 109th street. * The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The indoor pool is open year-round. (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.) * We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods. Control # 82912 **To our guests** We do not advertise on Craig's List or other classified ad sites ****Important**** Linens and towels are included with all rentals from the start of Memorial Day Weekend through the end of Labor Day Weekend. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Took my 12 year old daughter to OCMD for her 12th birthday to celebrate with 2 friends and family. Condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained. Perfect location for both ocean views and Coastal Hwy views…even got front row seats from our balcony for the Christmas Parade. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is lovely and clean and was perfect for 5 adult women. I was looking for 5 adult beds no bunk beds and this one was perfect. The location is great and the beach is lovely. We stayed for a long weekend and wished we had had more time. Everything worked well ( but the sliding door could use a little oiling as it sticks a bit. Not unexpected with salt and sand about)
We had one incident I only mention because it could be a safety concern. It was particuarly windy this past weekend and we has the slider open because it was warm and sunny. When someone arrived and opened the front door the wind came through with such force it blew a mirror off the wall and it crashed in the hall. So be aware if it’s windy the slider must be closed before opening the front door. If someone had been standing there they could have been hurt. I felt really bad but we didn’t know about the wind tunnel effect. Everything else was wonderful. Check in was easy and the Golden sands staff was very nice. Would absolutely rent this apartment again.

The condo was beautiful. It was so clean and spacious. The property was great-beautiful outdoor pool, large deck with Tiki bar and plenty of tables and chairs, tennis courts, easy access to the beach. Everything was perfect! We would definitely rent this condo again!

The Condo was very clean and well maintained! Nice location away from the crowds! Pool and Tiki bar were great! Tennis courts and pickleball court were OK but surface was a bit bumpy in parts! Beds were very comfortable other than one of the double beds which had a soft mattress, we personally prefer firmer! Having 3 bathrooms with 3 couples was a big plus! View was amazing and we will definitely come back again as we had a wonderful family vacation! Highly recommend this condo and I am generally a very particular person so that speaks mountains!

Communication and check in process went smooth but once we were inside the property everything went downhill. 2 of the 4 elevators barely “worked”. There was always a line for elevator and we often took the stairs …that smelled of dead fish. Not an easy feat climbing up and down with all your beach gear. Fortunately none of us are physically disabled and the stairs were an option. Public area of building is disgusting. Trash and carts all over and what appeared to be vomit in hallway trash can was observed over full day / night. Hot exhaust air blowing outside our front door of unit. Yes …that felt “awesome” after spending day on the beach!! Service at bar is mediocre at best. It would take at least 15 minutes to wait in line for a drink. The unit itself was better, thank goodness but we arrived to leftover food inside refrigerator + a solo cup of water and cigarette butts on the balcony. There was obvious garbage under the couch and cleaning staff is definitely not getting corners and other areas. The ice maker didn’t work but fortunately someone left a large bag of ice in freezer. Also shower in master bedroom did not drain very well. Very little toilet paper and paper towels and no hand towels in kitchen. Had to go out and purchase some as we ran out after 2 nights.
Unfortunately this would not be a building I’d return to again. The unit itself was nice but everything else was way less than ok and not worth the price.

Although we were busy and on the go the entire time for a cheer competition we truly enjoyed our downtime… perfect location from the convention center and all restaurants.. check in staff were phenomenal and super sweet so if available we will definitely be renting again next season 😍

Overall great experience. When we checked in I noticed a leak in the bayside bathroom. Was not in this unit but one from a higher floor. Property manager David was quick to action when I alerted him of the issue and building maintenance was there within minutes of his call. Kitchen is impressively equipped making cooking dinner a breeze. Only complaint I have is that the dryer does not work well at all. Even with cleaning both lint screens. I recommend replacing this soon. .

I've been going to Ocean City for over 30 years and have stayed in several places. This is probably the nicest, largest, and cleanest rental I've stayed in. It is very spacious and great for families with small kids. I would definitely recommend it and plan to stay there again.

Our stay in this unit at Golden Sands was fantastic! The unit was gorgeous - looks recently renovated and very clean! View of the ocean from the unit was great! Enjoyed waking up to the sun rising. Our little kids enjoyed it as well sitting on the balcony to eat their breakfast and coloring. Unit had all the essential kitchen items you’d need. We will definitely be coming back!

Property was awesome. Location and the amount of space is amazing. My only complaint is how dirty the floor was. Make sure you have a sheet if you have little ones crawling on the floor otherwise they will be filthy. The rug needs a good, deep clean or needs to be replaced.

The unit was clean and roomy. The view was fantastic. If I could take this unit and move it to a different hotel I would. The elevator situation was horrific, enough to never want to stay at the Golden Sands again. TWICE someone parked in our parking spots that we had to pay for on top of all the other fees. Super frustrating. It was just too costly to have these inconveniences.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Golden Sands in OCMD! Our family enjoyed all of the amenities on-site, the oceanfront access and our condo was perfect with great ocean views! We loved the area and enjoyed some delicious meals out at the area restaurants. Thanks for a lovely family weekend!

This place was absolutely perfect for my husband, myself and our 3 year old twins. We also had 2 other adults with us. We had plenty of room! Everything we needed in the kitchen. The rooms all had views. The deck was great because it had glass rather than rails, which made me feel better for the little toddlers to go play out there. The couches were comfy! The kids slept in the two doubles and let me just say, those beds were so comfortable I fell asleep in them a few times myself!
The bar/restaurant downstairs was convenient and the food was super fast and pretty good. Drinks were great!
We had a front row seat on the beach and it was family friendly with other kids around.
Parking lot never got full.
Elevators were quick - quicker than other high rise units we have stayed in.
