Relax with the whole family in this peaceful house located in one of the best gated community in Pocono. There is an outdoor hot tub on the patio, three bedrooms, 5 beds, and two bathrooms. Guests will have their privacy, but the hosts are available for help if needed. Please keep the space clean and tidy, and refrain from making loud noises after 10PM. Temporary membership fees are mandatory by Arrowhead Lake community and is assessed to all rentals for occupants age 6 and over. - Temporary Membership : $6 per person per day - Vehicle Gate / Access Card: $20 per vehicle. - Transaction Fee / Administration fee: $35 each The payment must be made at least 4 days prior to arrival. We accept Venmo/ Zelle

This property was clean, cozy, and my friends and I had a nice time there. The hottub was an added bonus. Definitely wish there were more options in the television, and kitchen appliances, but everything was great about our stay. The property manager is also very kind and was very accessible during our stay!

We stayed at this house from Friday night to Sunday morning. 4 adults. Over $900.00 with fees for less than 48 hrs.The smell of mildew was noticed by all 4 of us the minute we opened the door to the house. We were all looking forward to the hot tub Saturday night and the hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this house. One of the jets in the hot tub was shooting out of the water, making it impossible to sit on one side of the hot tub without getting harshly sprayed with a jet. Therfore, all 4 of us couldn't use the hot tub at the same time. It was so disappointing as we were looking forward to sharing that experience. Then Sunday morning, 2 of our lady guests were showering at the same time and the hot water ran out. They had to finish their showers with ice cold water. There were other minor issues not worth mentioning in this review. I got in contact with the host about the cold water. By the time she replied, it was too late to do anything about it as check out was 11am. I brought these issues up to the host the next day in hopes she would care and possibly compensate us for the issues and she said that when she got there to clean the house after we left, that everything was working fine and that we should've just waited for the hot water to come back on. How do you wait when there's soap on your body and shampoo in your hair? She said:"I'm sure it was unpleasant, but you could ve just waited a while to get hot again." She doesn't feel we deserve any compensation.

My family has been staying in the Arrowhead community for our summer vacation for 8 years now. This home was the cleanest house to date! The layout is nice, the bedding was all clean and the amenities met all of our needs! The hot tub was great and sits on a huge deck. Julia was quickly responsive to all our communication. We will be returning next year.

The four of us had a very nice time at Julia’s place in Arrowhead Lake. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for us to cook our meals. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit, and the large tv was nice to have for the rainy nights. We had a couple of issues with the house but Julia was very quick to respond when we reached out to her. We also took advantage of a lot of the amenities that Arrowhead Lake had to offer - great fireworks on Saturday night and kayak rentals at the Island; the fitness center and billiards room in the Lodge; Choctaw Pool and Beaches 1 and 4. We definitely plan to return!

How cozy the property was really set the tone for the weekend. The hot tub on the deck gave the perfect place for star gazing on the cold clear winter evenings. Everything was great with ease of use. I would highly recommend.

Overall property was great. Nice quiet location and great huge hot tub. Few board games available. Listing was accurate. Kitchen cookware was somewhat limited (could have used some sheet pans) but overall had most everything we needed. Owner was great to work with and communication was always timely. Even when late trying to add a couple family members to the reservation to register people and car with the community; the community wouldn’t allow changes within 3 days of reservation but she reached out and offered to provide her personal visitor passes. Overall I would stay here again.

We very much enjoyed staying at the house. The house is conveniently located close to a pool, it's comfortable for a family stay, with giant porch and clean rooms. The owner were very responsive and accommodating to our family needs. Overall, I highly recommend it.

I recommend Julia' s house to everyone. Its clean, cozy, has everything what you need. Great extra feature is a hot tub with beautiful view. We enjoyed a lot.

Julia was very easy to get ahold of and kept us abreast of activities at the lodge. The house was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and my family of 5 was comfortable in the home with regards to space. The wifi works great. We had a great Easter weekend together.

Wonderful experience over Christmas with wife and kids. Hot tub was great with kids loving the hot spa in the cold experience. Would stay again. Julia, host, was wonderful with communication, even on Christmas Day. Recommended.
