Quick visit to Pittsburgh. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice complimentary amenities (water, Tate’s cookies) in the room. No restaurant on premises, but several good options within a five-minute walk. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, set up and accommodations but the tv never worked properly and the instructions were not clear or working. I didn’t have immediate access to the Kasa team for support. Otherwise a good stay.

So I have to say I miss the Ace…Kasa did a nice job…but the hotel is very lonely. I hope it comes back to a full hotel with all the amenities one day!!! Super clean, great location.
