Just replaced a new digital pool heater which is fast and efficient for enjoying the pool in chilly days! Location! Beautiful Vacation Style House near SixFlags Fiesta Texas & Seaworld! This charming Home is located in an upscale and peaceful area in San Antonio with complete privacy, no outlet on this road. Minutes from SixFlags Fiesta Texas, The shops at La Cantera, The Rim and Sea World, restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, Palladium, Lifetime fitness, bowling, UTSA, Dominion Golf course, Top Golf, USAA and more. This location is perfect for your San Antonio vacation! House includes covered patio and balconies with furniture, Charcoal BBQ grill, and a large inground private pool. Pool opens year around. Pool can heated (heater runs 10.15-4.15, depends on weather, may vary. ) 3 Bedrooms. Beds location: One king bed and queen size sofa bed in master bedroom, One queen bed and queen size sofa bed in 2nd bedroom, One twin over full bunk bed and queen size sofa bed in 3rd bedroom, One queen size sofa bed in living area. Can sleep up to 15! (After 11 person, $25/night for extra guest) Family gathering is welcome! Pets are allowed! Minimum 2 nights staying. One night booking is only by request to get pre-approval first. Please read below carefully and agree with it before you book!! Parties and events are NOT allowed! Maximum 4 cars. 2 cars in garage and 2 cars on driveway. No parking on the street, otherwise, will be towed and fined. No littering on the street. !! Quiet time is10pm-6am by city rules !! There will be $1000 fine. Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music and voice after 10pm. Also, respecting our neighbor's resting time is the most important thing for us. Thanks! Staying at your own risk! Use swimming pool at your own risk! No smoking!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the place was in a great location and only 15 min from Sea World. The pool was very refreshing. Place was clean. We look forward to staying there again soon.

We had a wonderful time, though weather was very hot. The house was perfect, close to places we visited while vacationing in San Antonio. Liked it was in a very quiet neighborhood, and truly loved the beautiful private pool. The owner was accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay again, if we are ever back in the area!

We had a great time. The house is cozy and comfortable in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. The owner was accommodating and fast response to any questions we had. The backyard and pool is fantastic and private. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay again. The owner also has a beach rental on North Padre Island and we plan to stay there later this summer.

Rarely do we have enough space for us all to gather/relax/eat together… this property offered that space. We so enjoyed the pool and the time shared here with our family. The only reason for the 4 star on the online listing question is that there were really only three true bedrooms not four. Overall we were very happy with the property.

We had such a great time. The pool was awesome. Plenty of room in the house for us to spread out. Great location. Bing was a wonderful host and checked in to make sure everything was perfect.

We spent a long weekend at this home in San Antonio. This home was a perfect location in the vicinity to The Rim and The Shops at La Cantera. We found it to be clean, cozy, and comfortable. The owner gave us some very good reminders/tips upon our arrival and departure. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was ideally located for our visits to Six Flags and Seaworld. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and communication with Bing was excellent. The pool was great and Bing came out to make sure the pool heater was functioning properly. House was clean and well-furnished. Will stay here again.

We had 5 adults and 4 kids, the house was comfortable and allowed everyone to settle in for the time we were there. The pool abs hot tub was amazing for the athletes of our group. The management responded very quickly when we had questions about parking- we had 3 vehicles 2 being large pickups, asked the manager if we could possibly park out front. They were very quick and helpful to give us our options that would work for us.

This property is in an excellent location in northern San Antonio with short drives to other popular cities such as Fredericksburg, New Braunfels, and Gruene. The house was extremely clean, had all the necessary supplies, and the pool was amazing! The owner was responsive to all of my questions within minutes and was the perfect host! Excellent house!

The check-in process was super easy and the owner was quick in replying to messages. The house had plenty of beds and could house lots of people. The heated pool was the cherry on top for the kiddos!

Our family had a real treat to be able to enjoy a heated pool and hot tub for a Thanksgiving weekend with chilly weather! The property manager answered and addressed every question within an hour or so. Very accommodating. The house and kitchen were sparsely furnished but we brought our own canvas camping fold-up chairs and cooking needs so all was well.
