Ocean front condo. Nothing but water views from every room!
NO other structures but Channel 5 bridge in sight.
Access to Florida bay and back country fishing a 4 minute boat ride through Channel 5.
Boat slip with power and water.
VERY quiet gated community with only 12 units with many owners who do not rent and are rarely there.
Heated pool.
Well stocked kitchen. Lots of beach towels.
Atlantic Ocean right out your door for offshore fishing or diving.
Full service marina across the street.
