This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home on Sands Lane is located at mile marker 68, in the City of Layton. The property features a pool with a heater and chiller, 60' of dockage with an 18,000 lb lift, and easy access to the Atlantic Ocean or Bay via Channel 5 Bridge with a 65' clearance. The dock is also equipped with fresh water and a fish cleaning station. The upstairs offers a full kitchen, full guest bathroom and two bedrooms. The downstairs offers ample privacy with a separate living space consisting of a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, a queen bedroom and a sleeper sofa. In the temperature controlled shed, you can store all of your boat and fishing equipment. The shed also has a full sized washer and dryer.

Long Key is conveniently positioned between Islamorada and Marathon, making it a breeze to explore either directions. Islamorada is approximately 12 miles north while Marathon is approximately 20 miles south. The island of Long Key offers a post office, gas station, and one restaurant; The Florida Boy Bar and Grill.

Long Key State Park is just a hop, skip, and a jump away and is historically a favorite tourist spot. The park now serves as a tranquil haven for bird-watching, swimming, kayaking, hiking, picnicking, flats fishing, snorkeling or relaxing on the shoreline as you gaze across the Atlantic Ocean.

Reservation Deposit & Cancellations: A reservation deposit equal to one-half (50%) of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. TENANT shall be entitled to a refund of the one-half (50%) reservation deposit, less any non-refundable fees, if the reservation is cancelled at least 60 days prior to the occupancy date. The remaining balance, including any required security deposit, is due no later than 60 days prior to the occupancy date. If the cancellation occurs within 60 days of the occupancy date, the full reservation amount shall be non-refundable. If the booking is made less than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the full reservation amount shall be due at the time of booking, and TENANT shall not be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid in the event of cancellation. As an exception to the foregoing, TENANT shall be entitled to a refund of all amounts paid if COASTAL re-rents the property for the same amount and for the full rental period. If the property is re-rented for fewer days or at a lower rate, COASTAL may deduct from the refund the difference between the total amount due under TENANT’s original reservation (including all taxes and fees) and the amount received from the subsequent rental.
