First, the positives far outweigh the negatives. The pictures in the listing give an accurate depiction of what to expect when you arrive. The location, my goodness, you have the beach practically to yourself, at times. It's maybe 100 yards from the backdoor to the water! There wasn't anyone within 200 yards either way on the beach two of the days we visited. The property itself was really nice, in my opinion.
We had a few issues with nick nack type things, that would be nice to have fixed, but didn't detract from our visit. The beach umbrella and tent were pretty worn. Two of the sliding glass doors weren't locked when we arrived, and wouldn't lock. I notified the Ariel and would be surprised if it weren't rectified soon. As I said nick nack type issues. My wife and I only real issue was the cleaning detail, not overall cleaning, but a few missed items. We found a used floss pick on the nightstand in the master bedroom and a lot of hair on the couch in the "den". The property seemed clean overall, but maybe housekeeping missed a few spots. Didn't feel or look dirty.
In the end, I really hate to have anything negative to say about such a beautiful property. I would definitely stay again as long as the issues were addressed.

I had the best birthday trip ever!
Ariel’s house is perfection and she is such a Great hostess- She helped with dinner reservations and birthday celebrations!
She provided a huge list of recommendations to make our stay so much more fun, she has umbrellas and chairs available with floats too!
Kitchen was very well stocked, great blender for pina coladas lol
Beds were comfy, linens were clean. Don’t hesitate to book!!! Worth every penny just for the private beach alone!!!

First, the house!
The home is beautiful and clean, loved the garage and kayak!
We have 3 young boys and we had everything we needed, including baby gates for the stairs. The kitchen was very well stocked, we cooked most meals at home and did not lack anything.
Beds were clean and comfortable, bathroom was great!
Large TVs with youtubeTV and more streaming services. Wifi was fast and everything worked as it should, we absolutely had a great stay!
Second the BEACH!
I know the description says private beach but I don't think we truly understood how empty this beach would be! We had the beach to ourselves most days! Further down, you can see everyone packed in front of the highrise condos.
The house is so close to the beach, we felt comfortable sending our boys to the house to grab whatever and come back. In a highrise, we never could have done that!
We will definitely return!

Our stay at this property was terribly disappointing. To begin our stay, the house was not cleaned and ready by the 4:00 check in time. Which continued to delay our stay. Next, upon pulling up to the property, we quickly realized that the property had been misrepresented. Instead of the well taken care of beautiful property we paid for, we pulled up to a dilapidated and poorly maintained set of antique townhomes. When we finally got to go in our rental, we found much of the same. It was cleaner than the outside, but had multiple doors that wouldn’t lock, cabinets and drawers that wouldn’t close, and antique plumbing that you have to handle with kid gloves constantly. You then continue to the back porch with no protection from the rain and the outside a/c unit below the porch blowing hot air directly up through the porch boards. We then go downstairs to the bottom level porch, to find it in complete disarray and a broken water nozzle to wash the sand off of you.
About the only good thing I can say is that the inside was much cleaner than the outside.
But overall, we could not have been more disappointed. This rental is terribly misrepresented, poorly managed/maintained, and grossly overpriced! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The place was so beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We slept so well and felt right at home using the amenities. We spent a ton of time on the beautiful, relaxing porch. Almost every day we commented how lucky we were to stay at a place that we could be right on the beach and be in no hurry to go anywhere.
Sunrises and sunsets from the porch were amazing. We had an 18 month old toddler that was able to roam free and safely in the house and on the porch.

Our Family first stayed at this property when it was brand new in the early 1990s--We have come back to these townhomes almost every year since. This house has changed hands a number of times. The present owners are the best! Greg and Ariel get an A+++ for maintenance, upgrading, remodeling and communication. After 30+ years in the same area and in this house for many of those years, we would not even think of anywhere else for our evolving four-generation family. No doubt, the upcoming generations will continue this tradition long after we, the 88 and 84 year old parents-grandparents-great grandparents, are not there.

The house was fantastic! Very clean, spacious and loved the decor and balcony furniture. King in the master was plus since my toddler occupied 90% of it and having 2 beds in the other bedroom for added space was perfect for bringing my parents and nephew along! Highly recommend! Would def stay in this house again. Ariel provides everything! We had an abundance of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas, provided, even baby gates for the stairs! All you need to pack is your beach towels and a cooler! The rest is provided.

This is our new spot! I absolutely loved my stay! There were brand new beach chairs and umbrellas, we were the first to use! All kinds of kitchen gadgets too, keurig, waffle maker, and a great blender-We made daquiris everyday! The home was spotless, smelled so clean and fresh! We actually got to meet the owners during our stay and had the best time watching the sunset and getting to know them, what great people!! Can not wait to return!

What a hidden gem, the house was clean, beach was private- during our stay we saw one other couple but they were on the other side of the property from us. Everything we could possibly need was provided. Even multiple streaming services-Sling TV, Disney+, Netflix, and Hulu. All of the cooking and beach necessities were provided, one beach chair was broken, and the owner had it replaced the same day! It felt like we had our own concierge service!
I can’t say enough good things about this house and its wonderful host. Ariel had a ton of fun recommendations to get us out of the house and great restaurants!

This is a wonderful location. The beach is so soft and clean. And it’s so cool that you have your own private beach. It was exactly what we were looking for! The water is beautiful and clear. The house is set up perfect and the views off the balcony are wonderful. It’s so nice to wake up and be able to see the beach and smell the ocean from the bedroom. Everything is super clean as well! The host was easy to contact and was pleasing to speak with. I wanted a private beach area to propose to my girlfriend and it was exactly what I was looking for! It all worked out beautifully! We love a low-key winter beach trip, and that’s exactly what this was. The condo was perfect for our needs with an excellent location. We slept with our glass door open every night to hear the waves, and we slept so soundly. The living room lights struggled a bit, but we didn’t let it bother us!

This place is a hidden treasure. It's on the beach and close to several hotspots in Orange Beach. My husband and I, friends, and family came here to celebrate my 50th birthday and hands down this was the best trip ever!!! The location is great kind of quite and off to itself yet close enough to several great restaurants and the local nightlife. The townhouse was decorated well. It made you feel right at home from the moment you walked in the door. The balconies were excellent for watching the sunsets and listening to the waves crash in. The kitchen was well stocked no need to run out for any last minute things! It was like a home away from home. I can't say enough good things about our stay here. The owners answered any and all questions we had prior to the trip. they were very accommodating through out the entire trip. We plan on returning next year! You will not regret booking here I promise. A hidden treasure off the beaten path. I highly recommend you staying here.

Everything was great. Only thing to add was there wasn't any cable TV. Only WiFi for like Netflix and the like. I would have liked to watch the local news or weather channel. The condo itself was terrific. Garage and beach toys included were great. We would definitely stay here again!!

We loved this property and plan to return! Ariel was wonderful and so very helpful! She responded promptly to any questions and gave suggestions for us on places to check out, as we were first-timers in the area!
The house was clean and beautiful. The view was amazing, and the walk to the beach was quick and easy! It's close to grocery stores and restaurants of all kinds. It was so nice to have a private area of beach, so we knew we would have a spot to set up no matter the time of day we headed down! Ariel provided umbrellas and chairs, boogie boards and tubes so we didn't have to worry about packing those things! The sand was the softest of any beach we've been to, and the water stays shallow for quite a ways out so it's easy for the kids to play with some independence! The waves were fun to play in, a bit much for my 3 year old nervous kid, but great for us and our 7 and 9 year olds! We enjoyed sunrise to sunset at the beach, searching for sea shells and sand dollars and had a blast chasing crabs at night!
I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing family getaway!
