About this apartment rental
This Spanish Key Resort Condominium sits amidst lovely tropical landscaping with a magnificent 500-foot beachfront of sugar-white sand and emerald green ocean, a gated community with all the upscale amenities. Pac/Play and highchair for little ones. The condo is located very close to the Flora-Bama, to grocery stores, pharmacy and all entertainment possibilities - deep-see fishing, parasailing, dolphin trips, golf courses, and a host of restaurants. The condo is a short distance from kid fun - miniature golf, water park, go-carts, and the Wharf for shopping, movies and concerts. This condo is conveniently located in the center of the complex, just a few steps from the elevator with an amazing oceanview from the 4th floor.
The condo is decorated in fun beach colors with comfortable furnishings for relaxing, dining, reading, watching a movie, playing cards, or playing with the kids. Two of the bedrooms have king beds with twin beds in the third and a sofabed in the living room, plus a pack and play and high chair are available for the little ones. The master bedroom has a private door to the balcony, a large walk-in closet and a newly updated bathroom with walk in shower, assist bar, bench seat, hand-held and overhead water spray, plus a soaking tub. Other 2 bathrooms and the kitchen also have been updated with granite counters, stainless appliances. All bedrooms and the living room have flat-screen TV's with DVD players and WiFi.
On the ground floor you have access to a storage unit with furnished beach items - chairs, kites, floats, sand toys for the kids.
The outside pool is huge, large enough for lap-swimming with a lovely gurgling fountain, plus the luxurious hot tub and the charcoal grilling area with picnic tables. Inside you have use of the indoor pool, fitness center, a dry/moist sauna and a meeting room.
Special feature - protect your vehicle from the salty mist with the indoor parking place provided! Use my chairs, umbrellas, sand and float toys!

It’s a great location and the beach is not crowded. Do be mindful of the warnings regarding the balcony and children — the tall Adirondack chairs are really comfy - but they seat you just below the height of the handrail of a balcony that is 4-floors above the concrete below. All the furniture and appliances were in great working order and the kitchen is properly equipped - we did a bunch of cooking from scratch and had all the kit we needed. Sometimes there are many consumables available from prior guests. Don’t count on things like plastic wrap or foil, spices, coffee, etc to be leftover. Starters of soaps are present per usual. We really enjoyed our stay with family. One great feature of this particular unit is that it is just 10 steps maybe from the elevator. One of our party has difficulty walking and this unit’s locale made it easy. The unit’s under-building garage spot is right next to the door to the building, which is very close the elevators. Carts for move-in/-out were ample. The owner was great, highly attentive responsive and helpful. We loved the place and would not hesitate to rent again!!

Beach view excellent and what a view. Space is roomy with three bedrooms and three baths. Plenty of supplies-ample towels, washcloths, soaps and detergents. Quiet at night, a plus getting small children down for night. Very adequately supplied kitchen. Beach toys for kids and beach chairs kept us from hauling from home. Property clean, safe, well tended

Very nice condo! Everything was clean and the location was great. Only a 5 minute walk to the FloraBama. There are lots of access codes required at this condo though, so be prepared to memorize them while staying here. The host was very attentive and provided all information that we needed well in advance of the trip (which was much appreciated!). The internet didn’t work in the unit, but that didn’t matter too much to our group as we all have unlimited data on our cell phones. Overall though, a great stay at a reasonable price. I would/will definitely stay here again in the future.
