Spend the day sunbathing, fishing off the pier, enjoying family picnics, or strolling along this endless stretch of dazzling Gulf coastline. Golf fans will love hitting the award-winning Palmilla Beach Golf Club, which is just a quick drive from your stay. Local stores, shopping outlets, and restaurants are all within walking distance in this tranquil Gulf Coast neighborhood. The open-concept living room is accentuated by vaulted timber ceilings and cool tiled floors. Prep meals in a stylish kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Pull up beachside-style stools at a kitchen breakfast bar before heading out for a day beside the sea. Later, gather for evening meals around the dining table. With no stairs, steps, or long walks from a parking lot, it is easy to unload your family when you arrive. The primary bedroom has a genuinely palatial en suite bathroom! Vessel sinks, granite vanity tops, a garden tub, and a river rock shower bring a feeling of luxury. A full-size washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Sail Away was a great cottage. Very well designed with master separate from other two bedrooms. Loved the furnishings. Great to have the enclosed, mostly covered patio with a tv. Plenty of towels, great beds, kitchen was well stocked. We loved it.

The place was clean and ready for us when we got to Port A. In fact, it was early before our check in time so we had a feee early check in. The place was spacious, clean, private, and a great find for a beach trip. I definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back.

The dishwasher was broken we discovered when all the dishes and glassware had a greasy film on them. We ran the dishwasher twice and the detergent didn’t dissolve. The dishes all had a greasy film. This was not a new issue, obviously. There was a leak under the kitchen sink. Several dishes and cups were chipped. The outside shower is not usable because it is covered in dirt and mulch. The private patio was covered in children’s drawings with sidewalk chalk.There is a lack of cleaning supplies. We found a broom with no dustpan. No hose to clean off the patio or outdoor shower. The layout of the house is great.

Linens in every bedroom were pretty bad. I understand everything wants to be kept the same for pictures and advertising but all sheets were dirty and had stains. It looked like they had not even been washed from the stay before us. I think it’s about time to change completely. Everything else was okay. Place was close to the beach.

Sail Away is more spacious than it appears we were nicely surprised. The grounds are well kept and the pool is clean and has a relaxing little waterfall. Ask ahead if you need more than two parking spaces as we could not get instructions for extra parking.

The place was great for the family get away. Short trip! A few items to point out that we’re a bummer. 1. There was no water pressure in the bathroom sink. Showers were great. 2. Didn’t realize the condo was on the wrong side of Hwy 361 for beach buggies. 😢

For the most part it was an enjoyable stay. One lavatory in the master bathroom didn’t work. The sheets on the bed in the master bedroom didn’t fit and had to be pulled back in place several times during the night. And the sofa sleeper didn’t have linens or pillows available.
