Looking for a great place to hang out with all of your traveling companions? You may want to start downstairs, where there's a full bar with seating for four, a putting mat, darts, an open lounge area, a bathroom for your convenience, and ceiling fans so you can stay cool. Back on the main level, the large wraparound deck overlooks the canal and invites you to sunbathe or opt for an alfresco meal at the outdoor dining table. If you're preparing your meals at home, an elegant, well-equipped kitchen stands at the ready with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, adjacent to a formal dining area for six. Guests of the primary suite will love the indulgence of having a private balcony as well as a spa-like en suite bathroom with an oversized glass-enclosed shower with dual shower heads and a jetted garden tub. THINGS TO KNOW - Two kayaks are provided. - The downstairs gas grill is non-functioning. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This house was a good stay for a fishing trip. Only complaints are that the cooking utensils were very limited and there was no curbside trash bin (only a recycling bin). Also parking is limited to 3 cars. One of us got a parking ticket for parking on the side of the road, even though there were no signs warning it was illegal.

It was a cute place to stay in a great location. We really liked the master bedroom being separate from the rest of the house and the master bath was an oasis. We were not impressed with the fact that the twin beds were roll out beds, and when you rolled them out in the room. There was no room to walk around or open and close doors. When it says it accommodates 10 adults, we would’ve expected to be able to seat 10 at the table as well as in the living room. The kayak seats were broke. The umbrella for the outside deck table was not usable. The small outdoor grill was a lifesaver since the in door Gas grill had a leak.

Renting online was easy. Some of the pictures need to be updated, like the darts are gone or broken. But liked the fact that there is hair dryers, soap, shampoo, trash bags... We made memories with our grand babies!!

The reservation was extremely hard to cancel. The reason I was trying to cancel because the house backyard was not safe for kids. The house was not clean and we went without power for an hour due to a loose wire that caught on fire. I will not rent again. I forgot to mention the furniture and the linen, all dirty

We had a wonderful time at your home. The downstairs patio came in clutch with our teenage boys. It was nice have separate spaces to hang out. Everything you could need is there to use.

Overall inside of house was fine. The water in the master bedroom shower and jacuzzi tub was Luke warm. The enclosed lower area leaked water when It rained and wet carpet odor. Patio area was nice but mosquitoes was bad.

Home was as described. Very clean. Property management greeted us via text and offered early check in. A bed a door frame had minor damage. I photographed and sent to management, just to make them aware as the damage would not impact our stay. They offered to send someone over right aware to make repairs. We told them that we were not fussing about the issues but bringing it to their attention so they were aware we did not damage the property. We were pleased with the their response time and offer to fix potential issues. One of the broken items was a bed frame. Prior to our departure and new bed frame was delivered. They were on top of it. Again, property was super clean, convenient to get to and from and property management was A+

The neighbor across the way either would keep coming outside staring or looking through his windows staring it was making some of our group very uncomfortable an the property was supposed to be cleaned before arrival an there were dead water bugs all through out the house but I guess other than that it was ok

Beautiful house, lots of privacy and very roomy. The only downfall were the beds....they were all very uncomfortable. Also the bikes were not available, at least not that we could find them. The house is not far from the beach but you do need to drive.
