Only a 2 minute walk to access lake events. Downhill skiing and snowmobile trails 15 minutes away. From the front deck you have a bird’s eye view of Budd Lake activities in winter or summer. Cottage boasts a picturesque hilltop unobstructed view of Budd Lake. Cross Lake Street and you’re entering Saxton Park offering fishing pier and lake access. Restaurant, grocery store, hardware, drug store within 1 block walk. Cottage is immaculate with full kitchen, updated bathroom, new bedding, and well-appointed amenities that will make your stay worry free. Accommodating extra-large parking area on site.

Property was perfect for our stay

The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was as nice as you’d find in a good hotel. The whole house was very thoughtfully decorated. We visit Harrison a few times every year and we’d like to stay there again in the future.

Grew up in Harrison and was back for HS reunion. Cottage was perfect for our travel back home. Clean and great location across the street from Budd Lake and town. Pam was great with communication and provided special treats for us. Will stay again next time home.

We had a short weekend stay to relax and do some fishing on the lake! We were welcomed with a wonderful surprise of a treat and bottle of wine. We had one small issue, that really didn’t need to be addressed while we were there, but Pam surprised us and took care of it. Very clean place and the kitchen is supplied well for cooking.

My family (4 adults) need a place to stay for the weekend for a wedding. This cottage fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and well-appointed with comfortable furniture and good beds. This was a cozy cottage with enough room for for us to relax between our weekend events. Communication with the owner was easy. There’s a nice park across the street on Bud Lake that would nicely accommodate some fishing. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and cute cottage. Only complaint (and this is nobody’s fault) is they had a huge battle of bands thing going on at the dock on lake right in front of cottage. At first was cool but it went on all day/night. Luckily we didn’t have little kids so wasn’t a huge deal. Otherwise had a great time!

Our stay at this VRBO was most pleasant. The cottage was immaculate! Pam was very easy to work with and extremely helpful and hospitable. The treats and wine were the icing on the cake!!! We would strongly recommend this cottage to anyone visiting the area. We did learn that the Amish businesses are closed on Thursdays! Just an FYI if you're planning to shop at an Amish business. They are the most wonderful, kind and helpful people that we met there, though.

The communication was great, well ahead of our arrival so that getting there and getting in was seamless. The property is nicely decorated, very clean, and stocked with necessities you didn’t even know you needed but are sure to appreciate. Beautiful view of lake across the road and a two minute walking to fishing from local park. We had a great week, sorry to leave. Thank you hosts

Super comfortable and clean
We needed a clean, comfortable place to stay while in town for a memorial service. This cabin was perfect! Very well stocked, and everything we needed was there. It is right across the street from public access and fishing dock on Budd Lake. Great views from the front room. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would definity stay here again if I was in the area.
