It is a corner condo with a master bedroom that not only sports a side view up the beach to Daytona Proper, but also provides a wall-to-wall window view of the ocean directly from your king-size bed! This condo is on the 5th floor and sits high enough in the building to provide an unimpeded perspective, yet is low enough to enjoy the calming sounds of the waves breaking as you drift off to sleep. New wood-look tile flooring throughout, new washer/dryer, updated bathrooms and furniture for a cozy coastal retreat. Located just a few miles south of the main Daytona Beach, the idyllic Ponce Inlet location provides a natural, quiet escape from the frenetic pace of crowds, yet it is a stone's throw from many attractions and activities should you choose to join the fray. This 900 sq. ft. little gem is a great getaway, bright and beachy, and is situated with a great view of the Ponce lighthouse jetty. It is only a 3-minute walk down the beach to the famous "North Turn" restaurant & mini museum, where you can relax with a drink at the bar, listen to local live music, or play a pick-up game of sand volleyball on the no-drive, turtle sanctuary beach. Or, if you are a homebody, grab a cup of coffee/K-cup and walk out on your condo's private balcony in the early morning to catch the sun rise over the water before heading down to the main floor with your book to relax in a breezy Adirondack chair. In the afternoon, walk up the beach to spy some sea life and people activities, and circle back to take a refreshing swim in the condo pool, where you can catch some rays while lounging on a chaise. This property matches all the pics provided! It was very clean, and the owners were great. All the information provided by them was helpful. They provided extra beach towels and toys for the kids. We will be back!

Waterfront condo. Beautiful unobstructed view of Atlantic Ocean. Newly remodeled. Everything you need including beach towels and chairs. Also included all paper products and well stocked kitchen pots, pans,dishes,etc. Double bed in second bedroom good but twin bed in same room squeaked. Master bedroom so cozy and cute. Little misleading showing pool of next door condo by the beach. That is not pool of this rental. Laundry room door off hinges. Bottom line very nice place and so convenient to beach, restaurants and Publix. Very attentive owners. Would recommend.

Beautiful condo with beach views. Fully functional kitchen with everything to cook simple meals plus some. Excellent owner communication with any issue that might arise. Clean and quiet building. Great place for peaceful family getaway.

We were in town for a week to renovated a rental property we have in the area. It was so nice to come back to this wonderful unit with amazing views and relax after a long hard day of work. My husband loves long bike rides and enjoyed both beach and sidewalk rides to the inlet and lighthouse parks. We would enjoyed staying in this unit again, for a real vacation.

This property was really well maintained, and had a lot of great amenities. We primarily used the beach for our little kiddos. The condo was stocked with standard kitchen amenities. I'd say the only downside was there was no dresser or closet space in the Primary bedroom to hold clothes, but there was an abundance of seating options in every room. That being said, I think it was fine for a short stay, but if we were renting for a month or longer like some snowbirds do, the storage space in the Primary bedroom would not be sufficient. Overall, would definitely stay here again, and the hosts were very responsive and kind!

Beautiful, well maintained condo in secluded Ponce Inlet away from the crowds. This property was great! We were down here for vacation and this property was perfect. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything you could need! So easy to get to the pool and the beach and the owner answered any question right away. We would definitely stay here again! The condo is direct oceanfront and it is a corner unit. The Northern view and Oceanfront view from the master bedroom is spectacular! It has the comforts of home and it's great waking up to the sunrise over the ocean. Just a short walk away for oceanfront dining and live music. What a great location. We will be back! Thanks!

It was a great location for us. No one driving on the beach so my grandchildren could play and I could relax. The view from the master bedroom has to be absolutely the pretties view I’ve ever seen from a master. The manager on property is very sweet and helpful. The owner of the condo worked with me very closely. Over all a great vacation and would stay there again. Thank you all for helping make my last summer trip with my family a great vacation.

We really enjoyed our Stay in this Condo. The Check-in process was very smooth and the Property Manager was on leave today. But Wendy (Owner) provided very clear instructions. Our whole family really enjoyed it. Especially my Kids with all the Beach playing things..We were really surprised to see all the things that we need were available in the Condo (From Sugar to Printer). The view was very nice with direct Beach Access. During our stay, the first couple of days Dryer was not working but Wendy communicated this issue to us before we reach and solved the issue within 2 days. Thanks to Wendy (Owner).

Beautiful condo with the most amazing views! Very easy access to the beach, which was not crowded. Owners & condo mangers very easy to reach & communicate with. Condo had everything we needed- even beach chairs/umbrellas and sand toys. Would highly recommend!
