No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property. Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed. Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies. Exterior security cameras in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction. — As a friendly reminder, if you have any issue during your stay, please it bring to our attention. We are happy to assist right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. — Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $25 per person, per night. Interaction with Guests: We respond promptly to messages, calls or e-mails.

The lock code system failed late at night when we were coming home from our wedding event. There is no one to call for a quick response. The heating system does not heat the rooms adequately. The kitchen faucet needs to be secured to the sink. There was a lack of eating utensils and glassware for as large a party as this home accommodates.

The house was the perfect size for a family vacation, everything was as advertised and we had a wonderful stay. Property management company is top notch, they are very responsive and helpful. There were some things we felt could be improved upon however. We could’ve used extra blankets for the living area, more drinking glasses/cups and a larger coffee maker. The dice were missing out of yahtzee.t One of the chairs at the kitchen counter was missing screws and scary to use, the toilet in the master bathroom is not level and moved quite a bit, and many of the drains did not drain very well. Overall though, we were very happy with the home and enjoyed the week we spent here.

This property was perfectly located. It was the perfect size for a family. The home had every amenity we needed. The property managers were so pleasant, and very easily reachable for any needs. I will be staying here again.
