Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. the place was out dated the carpeting in the bedroom had stains all around the bed. The mattress was lumpy my butt was in a valley and my feet were above my head. I went out and slept on the small couch. Also pillows must be ancient. Didn't have the right code to get in parking garage. Or code to use the amenities Area manager was not around and tried to reach the corporate office and that took waitiing on hold for almost and hour and of course they couldn't help. So all in all not a lot of fun

Pleasantly surprised online pictures were accurate. The place was clean and well stocked with essentials. I liked the fact of not having to clean before leaving and disposing of trash. A cleaning fee is paid for that very reason. Only negative was not receiving the link to park in the parking garage before arriving and having to wait to receive. Parking worked out but that transaction could have been better.

The room was nice and definitely served its purpose— we had a large group staying at the Grand and also Bahia and I have to say this unit specifically was far outdated/ old compared to other units on property that we saw others were staying in— we were happy with our stay but I do think this feedback could potentially encourage the owners to invest into the unit to modernize it.

The property is very nice, a little hike to the beach and the tram locations, schedule was pretty confusing. Room was clean with your basic amenities.

Everything on this condo is functional. Water pressure is good but this particular condo is so out dated . Window sills has molds. No pots in the kitchen just frying pan. The only pots they've provided is a sauce kind of pots. Sofa/ sofa bed is so uncomfortable. The bed they've provided is so high. View not good

Refrigerator didn’t work so I lost all of my food and leftovers(had to eat out), coffee maker didn’t have the pot to collect the coffee, and the bed was way too high(had to stack four towels to climb in. The refrigerator was fixed 2 days later as was a new coffee maker so all was good from then on. Recommend getting stools for the bed!!

We loved our stay at the Grand Sandestin. The condo was perfect for the two of us, very clean and quiet, bathroom is really spacious. The pool is amazing, two hot tubs as well. Don’t forget to bring your own pool towels as they don’t have any at the pool. There are good walking trails near the property and the private beach is less than 5 minutes away. We definitely will be back!

We enjoyed the Condo, it’s set up and quality of service from Vacasa and the cleanliness of the Condo. We did have a couple of comments that are worth noting. Very minor comment, The Coffee Pot is very dated, and should be upgraded to a more modern version. One of the main issues we encountered during our stay was in the bedroom, the mattress had a big sink hole across the middle, not sure what is going on, but it makes it somewhat uncomfortable to sleep….

Overall my stay was ok. Great location even though the pictures showed the room overviewing the beach and that was false and the bed is HORRIBLE. The mattres needs to be replaced immediately !!!!!

There was an odor but the condo was clean! Lack of some utensils made cooking harder! But I would stay there again! Nice location and bed was awesome! I do recommend this place!

The location is perfect for anything you may need. It’s close to the grocery store, pool, beach, and Starbucks! The furniture is beautiful and brand new, and you can see everything from the balcony.
