Special Note: Pool is heated (subject to #24 of the home rules published on this site and in your rental agreement) during winter in an attempt to maintain 80-85 degrees, however, pool temps will fluctuate depending on strength and frequency of cold fronts. We do not guarantee any temperature at any time. In winter time, supplemental heating is available for $250.00 per week which involves running the pump and heater for up to 16 hours per day as opposed to the normal 10. We cannot guarantee what temperature will be achieved as it is dependent on the outside temperature. Similarly, pool will often reach over 90 degrees in summer naturally. Guests should consider the forecast in their decision both prior to arrival and during your stay. The Washer and Dryer is upstairs adjacent to the bedrooms. Ironing board, hair dryer, beach towel and pool toys are provided. Parking: There is the paved driveway parking that will accommodate up to 3 cars. The home is equipped with a Tesla Charging Station. The COVID 19 situation is a foreseeable event and the risk of travel is known by the traveler at time of booking.
