We stayed here to attend our family reunion. It was nice to be able to have a good chunk of us in one place. I stayed here with 7 other family members. We had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again.

This is our 2nd time to stay here. Very convenient to our golf courses and places to eat. Quite, comfortable!! We will most likely stay again.

Pictures were accurate and reflect a very lovely home. Manager Kendall was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect for downtown activities and had plenty of room for our family group of 8. Third floor game room with pool table and foosball table was very enjoyable.

Four sisters meet for a long weekend in Huntsville; this property was ideal. We each had our own room, nice size dining room when Grub Hub delivered and a comfortable living room for wine time and memorable chats. The central location made it so easy to get downtown, up to the mountain, or out to restaurants in Research Park. Gather family or friends and reserve this property.

This is a great property, beautifully furnished with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths in a nice neighborhood. Nice private porch, game room upstairs and great dining room! We came to Huntsville to play Golf at the RTJ location there, it was close to restaurants and Walmart. Host was responsive, Large smart TV's and safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again, it was one of the best Vrbo rentals I have rented, I had 3 on this trip alone. 2 parking spots within 20 feet of the door. 3 bed rooms, 2 baths and game room upstairs! Not sure about older renters?(3 of us were over 60, so I guess it's up to you) But I would not hesitate to rent again!

The house was clean and roomy. It was very hot in Huntsville and the first floor bedroom was miserable because the vets were blocked and the thermostat wasn’t working.

My fiancé and I were there at the property from June 24th to July 2nd, things changed with my children jobs and they weren’t able to be at the property the entire stay, but my fiancé and I enjoyed it. Condo very clean and neat very nice neighborhood, only problem the neighbor complained as my family members showed up to spend time with us there. But we all were adults about it didn’t like it but adults about it and went to another family members home. Kendall was very polite in communicating with me about the neighbor’s complaints, he’s a outstanding host and very kind and professional, only one little thing that needs to be changed out is the can opener, it doesn’t work well at all and some floor mats in the bathrooms would be nice. We loved the location which I’m originally from Huntsville so I knew that area very well. I wouldn’t definitely stay there again when coming home next year from Hawaii for our next family reunion. Thank you Kendall and if you ever consider selling we would definitely be interested. Mahalo Karen & Family.

Tons of space, great location!

We enjoyed this rental with some family friends. In all, we had 4 adults and 3 kids, and this property had more than enough space to fit us all comfortably. The kids especially loved the 3rd story game room. The location was perfect, with tons of restaurants and grocery stores near by, and it was within about 30 minutes of everything that we wanted to see in the are. The property manager was very communicative and helpful as well. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the Huntsville area.

The property was clean upon arrival and all amenities in the house are new. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe and In close driving distance to many Huntsville attractions - Kendall was a good host with a kind welcome.

We had the best time staying in this great home close to everything we needed. Seven of us were able to comfortably spread out through the house or gather in the dining or living rooms. The property was amazingly clean, had all new appliances, comfortable beds, and a great extra entertainment area. The neighborhood is quiet but located close to shopping, dining, and tourist attractions like our destination, the Space and Rocket Center. Kendall was very responsive on all my questions. The whole family thanks Kendall for hosting a great stay and highly recommends this property! 5 stars easily!!

Guys golf trip

Played in the RTJ golf tournament at Hampton Cove last weekend. Our VRBO was in a great location for that event. Convenient to all are destinations with lots of room for 4 guys. Would recommend staying at this condo for other golfers.

This is the first rental we've stayed at vs hotel stays, but with 9 people traveling, this made sense. The owner stayed in contact and was easily reached. The unit is very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Also had a surprise in the attic space that had entertainment options. We felt safe in the unit. Only complaints, which are hardly complaints, is could use new shower curtains and outside in the neighborhood, smell of dog poop was pretty intense, that of course, not something that can be helped or fixed by the owner. We would consider staying here again if our family traveled together again to visit family. Had all the things we needed for sure!
