Check in was great, we were allowed to check in extremely early and it was easy to access the house. However, this location had an issue from the beginning as it smelled of gas. Then, we noticed an awful I'm sewage smell coming from the kitchen sink, we have to buy fabuloso and soak the sink and it still did not go away fully. There was also a trail of ants coming from the bathroom sink and alongside the wall. The upstairs bunk bed felt poorly put together, just laying on it caused it to shake dramatically and felt as if it was falling apart. The ladder also did not feel super secure and not exactly designed for ease of climbing. Lots of sharp corners and the rungs are painfully textured. None of the furniture was very comfortable either. The Wifi was decent. Also, all the light switches in that house are weirdly configured, nothing in that house makes sense. The downstairs bedrooms were perfectly fine and other than the ants in the sink, the bathroom was fine as well. They offered plenty of towels as well. Another issue was the area it was located in. While it wasn't too far from the BART stop, the area isn't the greatest. The parking that was listed omitted the fact that there is hardly anything available, let along available near the home, for you to park. The cul-de-sac was completely full at all times. Besides that, the neighbors were awful. 24 hour yelling, screaming, and what sounded like partying/wrestling. The 2nd day there the kids ran out shooting each other with BB guns, which is fine except their door is one step from ours. All in all, if you're not using the upstairs beds, will not be anywhere near the kitchen sink, and just need a place to sleep while you're gone all day and can fall asleep with loud sounds, then this place is somewhat decent.

Nice, clean property with good amenities and a very helpful property manager. One of my friends forgot their wallet and the owner went out of her way to assist us in getting it back. Overall great stay!
