This condo was exactly as pictured! It was so cute and extremely clean! The balcony was nice to sit on and watch the squirrels out and about in the mornings. The hosts are the sweetest and really go the extra mile !

The property is very clean and is as the picture show. Has a nice pool and very close to everything you need. Price was great would definitely stay again. The host is great with communication.

Our stay at Out of the Blue was great! The condo is clean, the bed is comfortable and is in walking distance of all the activities in Gatlinburg. No need to fight the traffic in town. William and Renee are very responsive if anything is needed. If we visit Gatlinburg in the future we will definitely be staying here!

-Location was close proximity to downtown
-Condo cost was with-in the typical range
-Condo very clean appreance, but my spouse had 3bites on her back after the 2nd night and 2 at the ankle on the 3rd night, all after sleeping in the bed next to the sliding glass doors. The 1st night she slept on the sofa and no bites.
Also signs are postesd for quite time from 9pm-9am, Saturday night the unit above created noise like jumping and running from 12am to 1:30/2am. I was told to call the police and that woukd only kept me up long and made our unit a target.
-Several wall plug-ins non-operational/ cords fall out the plug-ins
