Nestled in Arroyo Grande, this lovely house for $219 per night is a great choice for your next break. Built in 2021, The Stagecoach Retreat is the perfect getaway! We are located in one of the best parts of San Luis Obispo County….we are only a 5 minute drive(1.7m) to the downtown village of Arroyo Grande, 10 minute drive (4.8m) to Pismo Beach, 10 minute drive(4.2m) to Edna Valley Wineries, 15 minute drive to Lopez Lake and only 15 minutes drive to San Luis Obispo Regional Airport! Fresh, Clean, and New! The Stagecoach Retreat is a peaceful one bedroom, one bath with a full kitchen and living room. The bedroom has a memory foam queen bed, and the living room has pull-out dual memory foam queen sofa, with an additional single bed rollaway, living area with 70” TV (Direct TV + ALL streaming platforms…Netflix, Hbo Max, Discovery+, Paramount +, Amazon Prime, etc.) We are are a licensed vacation rental in San Luis Obispo County Guests have access to their own private driveway with parking for up to 5 vehicles, please stay away from the main garage area and anything behind the VRBO as that is part of the other home on the property. Guests will have 24/7 contact capabilities with the Host…. Our host lives in the other home on the 2.5 acre property so feel free to contact by text at anytime needed during your stay if anything stops working or if you need anything at all. (STRICT NO PET POLICY) (OUTDOOR GRILL PROHIBITED)

Great location with beautiful views. The place was very clean and comfortable for my daughters and I. Grocery stores and restaurants were within a 10 min drive. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights at this lovely light and airy property. Communication from the owner was great. We enjoyed the space having 3 beds available as we have 2 teenagers. We walked into Arroyo Grande one evening (around 2 miles), and Uber'd back, and Uber'd both ways the other night - around $12 for an Uber each way. Note that most eating places seemed to close at 8pm. We used the property as a base to expore the area on our way from LA to San Francisco. The property itself was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. More hangers and hooks for towels would be my only recommendations for improvement!

Immaculate and new guest house on a hilly street above the village. Very easy to get to the village. Comfy bed and nice shower plus full kitchen and large TV. Very comfortable place to stay.

Cute little house in a beautiful location, only 5 minutes from town. You get the best of both worlds, being in the peaceful country and a few minutes from town and the beach. Very clean house.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Quite neighborhood up on the hill. Would definitely return. Close to SLO, Pismo Arroyo Grande and even Morro Bay. Just a great spot that is off the beaten path and private.

Loved the views on this property. Private entry and great amenities that are current, modern and functional. Very accessible provided stairs are not problematic for guests, providing the elevation that accentuates the views. Would happily recommend to friends traveling in this region.

Great property and location. Feels remote but is minutes from downtown AG/wineries. Quiet, clean, cozy, updated, bright, private. Kitchen reasonably equipped, technology worked fine, no issues. Definitely recommend for a couple/romantic getaway.

Seamless stay at this property, just like pulling up to our own property. Very clean and everything in working order. Abundance of pillows on the bed made it a plush experience. The host even offered free early checkin and free late checkout. Neighborhood is very calm and safe.

We enjoyed our stay at the Stagecoach Retreat. It was the perfect location for all the activities we had planned. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The interior was very clean, the bed and other furniture was comfortable.
