料理が美味しかった。ベッドも寝心地良かった。絹女のドライアー体験できてよかった。ヒノキのお風呂も良かった。プレミアムのお部屋は広くて開放感があった。
部屋のお庭の雑草が伸び放題。部屋のテラスの椅子はタンポポの綿毛と汚れがあって座れなかった。蜘蛛の巣や虫の死骸があって嫌だった。まだ新しいホテルだけど、もう床が傷だらけだった。日本式で泊まるのであれば、トイレ専用のスリッパは必要だと思った。日本語がいまいちなスタッフが多かった。

Luxury hotel with excellent ski in/out service. It is connected to 2 other hotels with an internal corridor so you can access many restaurants and shops. Rooms are super spacious. We booked the family room on 1F that has its garden. The garden was filled with snow which made our kids super happy. There was also free afternoon tea and drinks (with quite a bit of choices) every day with live music.
Staff seemed newly trained and were not very knowledge in terms of hotel policies. We called the front desk to ask about how to use the drink tickets and they gave us the wrong info. Also, communicating with staff in the ski concierge in English was difficult.

The rooms and facilities were excellent and so were the staff.
Not much I didn’t like. Maybe heavier weights in the gym 😏
