The staff were incredibly nice, we were so generously put in a room on the 29th floor with our bed made beautifully for our anniversary. The views were stunning and all the facilities in the room were perfect. The hotel was also located very close to ekkamai station which made it perfect for getting around Bangkok.
There was nothing not to like honestly, more advice is the elevators can get quite warm when the weather is hot so be aware of that however it’s such a short journey on the elevators that it really isn’t a bother at all.

The reception and concierge staff was exceptional. Made us feel very welcome.
Our party booked 2 x 1 bed apartment and a 2 bed apartment. Very spacious, clean and comfortable bed. Especially pillows.
Highlight is the toilet. It had a device next to it with buttons for bidet / dryer etc.
