I booked a Nikko grand suite which was very spacious but when I entered the room it was 28C due to heat entering from the bathroom windows but the air conditioning took a while to cool down. Whilst both the bedroom and living room were spacious the closet was adequate and as usual there were insufficient clothes hangers. Unfortunately the hotel does not provide soap bars so if you dislike liquid soap you must bring your own. It is very close to Thong Lo Bts station so travelling around is a breeze. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are comfortable and not too small.
Room service is a nice plus but should be available for later hours considering it’s a five star hotel. Should also be possible to make online orders. Breakfast didn’t really have any healthy options, there’s room for improvement. But overall this hotel is worth staying at. Luxurious, superb location and great service.
