Very confy bed, amenities good, onsen and sauna just right temperature, great location, friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet.
Shower in room or sauna was not cold enough, was lukewarm.

Great location and courteous staff
Breakfast is a bit of a war zone with everyone fighting to get a seat and food. The carpet in our room didn’t look very clean (we noticed because we have a baby that currently loves to crawl!)

The location is good opposite a supermarket and tons of restaurants around the hotel
Definitely overpriced for the quality you get. Not suitable for business trips. Staff is unorganized and not always accommodating. Except for housekeeping who do their job well.
