Pros
Proximity to Thonglor BTS, Mae Varee and the excellent phad tai nearby IS A HUGE PLUS
We were upgraded to a bigger room.
Room was spacious with small kitchenette.
Bed was comfortable.
Towels were fairly plush and robes provided.
Cookies provided upon check out.
We didn't take the breakfast in the morning as lots to eat nearby.
Love the bath! Great for soaking.
Housekeeping could have done a much better job. Took away and Didn't replace our face towels after day 1.
Room and Bathroom could be upkept/ maintained better. I could have cleaned the bathroom better myself.
Carpets from the lift onwards were dirty.
Walls are very thin and loud noises from outside and neighbours talking loudly can be heard. Quite a bit of thoughtless guests slamming the doors too!
No tissue paper provided. Only small roll of thin toilet roll in the bathroom.
Only 1 usb outlet.
