Bel hôtel mais pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles selon moi

La vue était superbe, la chambre spacieuse et le design sympathique. La piscine est superbe.

Le Onsen n'est pas accessible aux clients de l'hôtel. Il faut payer un supplément pour pouvoir y aller. La nourriture en chambre et à la piscine (club sandwich et jus de mangue) n'étaient clairement pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles (pain pas toasté pour le club sandwich, ou à peine, et arrivé froid en chambre et jus de mangue avec plus de glaçons que de mangue donc aucun goût), surtout considérant le prix 3-4 fois plus élevé que dans les cafés / restaurants alentours. Un dépôt supplémentaire de 2000 Bahts est demandé pour la clé de la chambre (alors que le paiement par carte bancaire devrait suffire en garantie selon moi). L'ATM dans le Lobby de l'hôtel ne fonctionnait pas. On ne m'a pas proposé de rafraîchissement à mon arrivée alors qu'il y a un buffet à disposition et qu'il faisait 34°C.

Enjoyable stay during my bkk trip with family

Mitigé... Je pense qu'on peut trouver mieux

La piscine, mais ferme assez tôt La vue Le confort de la chambre Les items du mini bar gratuits (mais il faudrait le préciser, nous ne l'avons su que le dernier jour !) La navette est pratique mais attention s'arrête à 22h et le BTS est à 15min à pied

Pour un hôtel de ce standing, le personnel n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur. On ne retrouve pas le traditionnel service adorable à la thaïlandaise. Pas de service de bagage (on vous laisse monter dans votre chambre seul sans rien vous expliquer)

A very comfortable stay which makes me feel safe and secure, definitely will be back to stay at again

It is very clean unlike other hotels which I have stayed in Bangkok before. 1)The frontline staff was exceptionally helpful regardless whether it is upon Arrival and Check out. My luggage was 40kg when I check out , the porter was so helpful and helped me with it. Really appreciate their kind and good service. 2) I was trying to cross the road into my of the hotel the traffic marshal helped to raise the red flag and stop the car for us to pass as he knows that as tourists we are not aware of the traffic condition and whether when can we crossed the road safely, he’s kind gestures really touched us . 3) The hotel even provide free shuttle Tuk Tuk service to the nearby BTS station which is very nice and great for those solo travellers not taking taxi or grabcars.

Location is abit far from the main shopping area like Pratunam and lack of small eatery but other than these the Hotel is 99% good

We enjoyed our stay so much we will be back next year but for longer. Thanks to all the staff there.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. We arrived really early and while our room wasn't available the Staff looked after us and got us in there as soon as they could. Breakfast was great, the views were fantastic and the Rooms were immense.

ผิดหวังมาก กับคืนละห้าพันแล้วได้ห้องธรรมดา แต่ยอมรับว่าเตียงนอนสบาย

ทึ่นอนดีมาก นอนสบาย แต่ทำเลไกลจากรถไฟฟ้าไปหน่อย อาหารเช้าแพง ของกินน้อยไม่สมราคา550฿ ออนเซ็นที่นี่ดีมาก เก็บค่าบริการแพงมากเช่นกัน

เอาเงิน5000฿ไปพักโรงแรมอื่นเถอะค่ะ ได้ห้องดีกว่านี้ กว้างกว่านี้ แถมยังรวมอาหารเช้าอีกต่างหาก

Absolutely awesome

The location is perfect very central helps so much with being in close proximity to the train station/transport especially if you intend to go out a lot and having a shopping mall beneath/besides you was just so handy. The concierge were so fantastic. They were very hospitable, and would translate Thai to taxi and motorbike drivers etc for me to ensure I was got to my correct destination safely etc They were humorous this helped lol The reception staff very friendly and the young housekeeping staff were just a delight. Just a note that you have to pay a bond when u arrive but you’ll get this back when you leave. And you might need to guide taxis around the back to the hotel (correct way)because they often took you to the front of shopping mall lol. The pool etc closes a bit early so I missed it lol. Get the breakfast deal with room because it’s well worth it.

Great stay and value for money for a five star. Staff could be a bit more attentive/friendly.

Great location for travelling to and from the airport by taxi. BTS is not too far but quite a walk if you have luggage. Everything is as described and like the pictured if not better. The pool area and gym facilities are really good also. Room service great too.

Second stay. Had to move room this time because of loud music from a bar on one side of the hotel. On both stays I cannot say the staff provide 5 star service. No alcohol is served in this hotel.

Location is the best for this hotel and the hot spring they have is very special!

Breakfast is way to Asian. They should have more choices of food and they don’t have a pool bar for cocktails

Nice modern hotel. Great breakfast.

No alcohol served. Very limited option for dinner. Pool closes very early; we were not even allowed ti sit by it after 8. Staff not always helpful. Shuttle to the Sky line not timely and sometimes did not stop to pick us up

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and I love it for its central location and that it has easy access to food and cool cafes.

new hotel, clean, everything advertised for but might choose a different location next time

clean rooms, felt new, great view, great spa

moody from the corridors, and there was maintanence work in the building. nothing much to see or do in the area but that’s ok as we stayed for the gym and spa availabilities in the hotel. it’s a no-alcohol hotel which can be great :) we just felt like a beer after a long day of travelling and that was not available

Loved our stay here

we loved the hotel, the room was really nice with a beautiful view. The bed was comfy, stylish furniture, friendly staff. The breakfast was also delicious with a huge variety. All in all, a great experience and would definitely recommend!

100% would recommend

Staff are super friendly and helpful at any hour you need them, good location with lots of restaurants around it is definitely a nicer part of Bangkok, taxis cost between 250/350 baht to go to the more touristy parts. Indrive app is great for taxi service. Taxi from the airport cost us 450baht. The room was a nice size, the bed was really comfy, bathroom was great with a bath and shower. Pool area kept well, great rooftop views. Only stayed for one night as we had a flight early the next morning but wished we could of stayed longer!

Couldn't get an alcoholic drink around the pool - not the end of the world!
