geweldige locatie op loopafstand van het strand (10 minuten lopen) - rustige wijk, In de (zeer ruime) achtertuin liggen Kayaks en staan meerdere spellen die je kan gebruiken. In het water achter het huis zagen we zeekoeien, een dolfijn, een rog, vliegende vissen etc. Het huis heeft wel wat onderhoud nodig, maar het comfort was nog meer dan prima op orde!
hier en daar wat achterstallig onderhoud of oude spullen. Zo waren wat stoelen in de tuin doorgezakt en werkte de garagedeur niet. Maar ondanks dit een geweldig verblijf gehad

Wir waren vor der CheckinZeit vor Ort (das Reinigungspersonal war direkt da). Wir haben kurz gefragt, ob wir unsere Esswaren schon in den Kühlschrank stellen dürfen und ob wir das Auto stehen lassen dürfen. Dies wurde beides erlaubt - super nett. Das Haus war gross, sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Im Kanal vor dem Haus konnten wir Manatees beobachten, es war sehr schön!

Localizaçao optima, sitio calmo mas perto de tudo. Muito espaço na casa, bem decorado e com gosto. Jardim grande com vista para o rio, possibilidade de fazer kayak, mesa de pingue pongue.
Sanita entopia na casa de banho geral, usamos as outras sanitas das outras casas de banco. Tinha poucos utensilios na Cozinha, ja estivemos em outras casas com muito mais utensilios; aqui pareceu-nos limitados.

The home was clean and roomy for a family of 6. It was about a 10 minute walk to downtown Cocoa Beach.
When we arrived the code to open the door didn't work but when I called the office someone was able to quickly reset the code which gave us access.

the beds were comfy
every dish in the house was dirty with food all over them we had to wash everything before we could use it

good location, nice house, comfortable
wouldn’t allow us to check in a hour or two early so our groceries went bad sitting in the hot car

It was so clean and beautiful the location was great the garden was amazing there were even kayak and fishing rods! we had an amazing time
Difficult question if i had to be picky the wifi kept stopping but turn it off and on again and that fixes it and there was only one wine glass only very minor things it was great.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
Backyard was great for relaxing as well as the bedrooms and living room.
The floor in the master bedroom was warped really bad. It was kind of a hazard in the middle of the night trying to get to the bathroom.
