Disappointment
I booked the house for 3 days for 5 people, and payed 952 EUR. After the booking was completed, I was informed that we will pay 100 EUR for cleaning. This amount is paid cash at the property, and it is not on the bill. When we arrived at the property, to our surprise, we were told we should also pay for electricity and gas. This is also paid cash, no bill. When we left, the person in charge with the ,house asked 40 EUR, then when I asked for some explanations, he recalculated to 15 EUR...
Otherwise, the house is ok, there are 3 decent bedrooms, kitchen and dining room, as well a terrace outside. The bathrooms are very small, the one on the ground floor has a shower cabin very small, you hardly fit inside. The bathroom on the 1st floor has a bathtub, but no shower curtain, so when you take a shower, a lot of water goes on the floor. There are no floor drains in the bathrooms, so you have to soak up the water with a towel or something. The property is owned by a Danish company, and if you call, the phone robot is in only in Danish. The property across the street is a horse riding center ( Centro Ippico ) so occasionally a bad smell comes from the horses.
