Nestled in Jamaica Beach, this charming house for $381 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Come enjoy a stay at this beautiful newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath house waterfront on the canal in Jamaica Beach. This home has just had a complete makeover and is just itching to accommodate guests. Along with the renovation, there was a cherry put right on top. A gorgeous water view from the pool. So if you're looking to relax poolside, or grab your fishing reel and bring in dinner, Reel Paradise can accommodate all lifestyles that the gulf has to offer. The home provides 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs and 1 bedroom with a full bathroom downstairs. The upstairs is not connected to the ground level by an interior staircase. There will not be a lack of entertainment at this property! The downstairs bar and serving area will make delivering drinks and appetizers to your friends and family feel like you are a Las Vegas VIP host! Of course, we did not forget about the kids. Along with the pool and bunk bed layout, you have the easy hookup capability for any game console. The property is only a short distance to the sandy beaches. As well as other attractions including Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier and countless waterfront and in-town restaurants. Reel Paradise awaits you! NOTES All Ryson properties are non-smoking. This home is pet-friendly. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. This property has front driveway camera installed on the left side of the house. It is recommended to review Ryson's Packing List when planning your vacation. If there are any questions, please contact us. This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions. Jamaica Beach is a residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 7 am. Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay. Wonderful property, would definitely rent again weather was perfect. Fishing isn’t great at the property so if that’s your purpose for renting with the mind set to catch some fish at the house it’s not the place.

I can’t fit in all the good things about this place! The pool, the fishing was unbelievable off the peir, the sunsets, the beautiful yard and was so nice for our dogs because each area was divided and had gates which would also be good if you had children. We will be back to this beach house for sure, we go to Galveston every year as a family and this was the best place we’ve ever stayed 😊

This was the perfect house for my family. Plenty of room for us. The pool & fence were perfect for my 2 yr. Old grandson. Had everything you needed except spices, which wasn’t a big deal; I just brought from home. I had talked about going to Port A or something next year and all of my grown kids told me no, this was the perfect house for us.
The ONLY thing I didn’t like was that my son got talked to by the PD for launching his boat in the neighborhood boat launch. Said he needed a permit from city hall. I wish we had been aware of that beforehand, but will know next time.
All in all, perfect family home and beyond great for young kids with all of the fencing 😌

What a gem of a property! We absolutely enjoyed this property thoroughly! It was perfect for us, 2 adults, 4 kids 10-16yoa. Property was clean, well kept, with plenty to do! We will definitely be back!

The house is beautiful. We didn’t catch any fish but we enjoyed hanging out at the bar and in the pool. The house has everything you need is at the house except for spices. Other than that, it was super fun! Highly recommend!

Excelllent! Had the neighborhood and Galveston to ourselves. The weather was dry and not too hot ( 5/1-5/5). Be careful of the master bed frame, it will catch you toes (ouch!). We didn’t get to get in the pool other than cool the feet off from climbing all those stairs from shopping!

My family of 6 (including 2 teenage boys) really enjoyed this home. The whole family was able to enjoy fishing, swimming and kayaking. We also really enjoyed sitting outside on the huge deck and eating out meals or having our morning coffee. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time here, out of town family meeting up with TX family for a birthday weekend at the beach. The house is great for fishing, lounging by the pool, visiting on the deck, kayaking on the canals, and even jaunts to the beach. The house is well appointed with plenty of dishes, pans, utensils, etc. It was great for the dog too, completely fenced in as long as you mind the gates…very safe. We quite enjoyed ourselves…thanks for a great weekend!

Easy check in. Property very clean and as pictured. The master bedroom is actually downstairs and you must go outside to get upstairs. This was great for us! My husband and I were downstairs and the other 4 friends in our group slept upstairs. Great seating outside while we hung out all hours of the day!! Thank you. We had a lovely time here.

Mildew was do bad in this house we had to leave two days early. I can’t get the smells out of my cloths now that I am home.

Family Vacation
We loved this property and will definitely be staying here again. Booking, check-in and check-out was breeze.
Missing drinking my morning coffee on the deck looking out over the water. The Kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and fishing on the dock.

Overall, we loved this house, it was in a quiet neighborhood. The kids loved the pool and deck and we loved the gates around everything. We rented a golf cart from Rick's and drove it to the beach, they were very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring break 2019 Trip
Great location and amenities, this house has everything you could want and more. Beautiful views and perfect for kids! My 12 year old daughter and 4 year old love fishing and swimming so they had a great time. Trips to Galveston and to the beach were easy and enjoyable too. Would definitely stay here again. Awesome outdoor space! Only thing to consider is the lower level bedroom/bath is only accessible from the outside, but it worked out great for us.

Family Spring Break
This home was very enjoyable for my family which consisted of myself, my husband, 7 yr old, 2 yr old and my father in law.
The home was clean and well kept. Weather was wonderful. During the day we opened all the windows and enjoyed the breeze. There is an outdoor shower which was an added bonus on days we went to the beach. We spent 5 days here and fished from the dock every day and night but never caught anything. They have a green underwater light for night fishing which comes on automatically every night but so do 2 or 3 bright spot lights.
All of the fences and gates were a godsend with us having a toddler!
The only "complaints" I have minor.
The upper stairs and downstairs are only accessible from the outside. This wasn't a huge problem for us and if I would have paid closer attention to the pictures I would have been able to see that. Other than that the only thing I would say is bring trash bags! Trash is curb pick up once maybe twice a week. The rental company states in papers you sign upon check in that all trash needs to be bagged before place in receptacles, which should be common knowledge. So no complaint there. But when you gather the trash, before bed, tie the bag, take it outside and then realize they only supply 1 trash bag per rental it's a bit frustrating.
We have been renting thru VRBO for the past 6ish years and the check in/check out for this property was a huge inconvenience for us, especially with a grumpy 2 year old who has been in the car for 9 hours. Upon check in and check out you have to go to the rental companies office. And if you arrive after hours it is an additional fee to ensure someone will be there. That being said the people who work there were extremely friendly and helpful with any of our questions.

We stayed here with our 5 grown children and one grandson. Plenty of room. Home is nicely updated and the location is great. We didn't catch many fish, but we spent a ton of time in the pool. Highly recommend and Ryson Management Company does a first rate job.
