Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist sehr hervorzuheben. Die Terrasse hat einen traumhaften Ausblick und der Pool inkl. reservierter Liegen + Sonnenschirm ist ein absolutes Plus. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Elisa begrüßt und mit reichlich Tipps für San Gimignano + Umgebung und Informationen zu der Wohnung versorgt. Herzlichen Dank ebenfalls für die Leckereien, die bei Anreise für uns bereitlagen. Eins sollte man wissen: vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung ist es ein kleines Stück und es führen Treppen "bergauf" - also ist Schleppen angesagt.
Überwiegend Kleinigkeiten, die zur vollen Punktzahl fehlen: Liegen auf der Terrasse wären schön gewesen. Die Spülmaschine hinterlässt milchiges Geschirr, so dass wir dann von Hand abgewaschen haben. Das W-LAN ist unterirdisch schlecht!

We had an amazing stay! The place was beautiful, spotless, and offered breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. Everything was perfect, and Elisa, the host, was truly wonderful — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
The only thing to note is that the road leading to the property is long, unpaved, and dark at night, so it’s best to arrive during daylight

Prachtig gelegen locatie met fantastisch uitzicht op Toscaans platteland en San Gimignano. Oude, klassieke boerderij bestaat aantal aparte woningen. De woning is mooi verbouwd, sfeervol, combinatie van oud en nieuw en comfortabel. Alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig en de woning is schoon. Er is een ruim eigen terras en de locatie is heel rustig. Elisa, de eigenaar van de woning, doet zelf de check-in en -out en neemt de tijd om alle vragen te beantwoorden en adviezen te geven. Een absolute aanrader.
Er is eigenlijk niets wat tegenviel. De route naar het huis gaat over een grindweg, dat was voor ons even wennen, maar met iedere auto probleemloos te doen.

Location fantastic, apartment beautiful, relaxing, quiet with all you ever would need plus a big selection of snacks! our host Elisa was wonderful, so helpful and friendly. Our family loved staying here.
