The place was very welcoming and easy access to beach. The beds were comfy, and plenty of space for my family.
The trash didn't come on the day we were supposed to put it out. The screen door on the back porch wouldn't slide, too much sand in track and needed to be fixed.

This place for us was just right. Close to the beach. Continual ocean views. Well stocked, with instructions for use on AV. Labels on cabinets drawers and anywhere that made sense. Saves a lot of guesswork. Plenty of comfort. There are games etc that the house shares with renters. Updated where necessary clean. Several things I ended up fixing. That is on management company, things that should have been noticed between renters.
Home owners seem quality. I thank them for being willing to share there beach house.
As I said above, I had a few things that could have been addressed. There's not much to not like.
