Beautiful location! Had everything we needed. The hot tub was a hit. I loved the windows and the bill air. Enough cooking supplies. I appreciated he provided enough toilet paper and paper towels as silly as that may sound. I’ve started at many rentals and usually you get half a roll, so that was nice! Very responsive and clear on instructions. I would stay here again 100%.
Master bed is very very firm which made having a good nights sleep hard BUT that’s all preference so not their fault.

We really like the location. We did a concert at red rocks and several hikes in the area so it was kind of in the middle of everything for us. Close enough to town if we needed something quick but far enough away to feel like you’re in the mountains.
The only thing about this property in our opinion was the bathroom situation. Only one shower at the property and we traveled with eight people so it was a very minor inconvenience. Given the fact that everything else was pretty much perfect.

Love the whole property. Very cute. Tons of amenities and a beautiful location. And the host was speedy with responses.
It was my bad, but when I info on “heating/cooling” I assumed the property had a/c. So for me personally being a gal from the south, it would have been a better stay for me with a/c as we were there in july and temps approached the low to mid 90’s during the day. It would have been nice to at least had a/c for the upstairs which gets much hotter as heat rises, and also for the outdoor “studio” bedroom.
Although there were several fans through out the house, we had to take the downstairs fan and put it upstairs in the one bedroom to stay cool enough to sleep at night and even take one out of the smallest full size bedroom loft for another room. So if we had had 8 guests using ALL the bedrooms we would not have had a sufficient number of fans to stay cool to sleep at night that time of year. But we made do by moving them around since we only had 6 guests using 3 of the bedrooms. Also, for consideration for the possible future… a third 1/2 bath at some point would be amazing if you are continuing to host 8 people, as 1.5baths is pushing it for that many guests. Again, we didn’t have an issue with that this visit with our 6 guests 😂. Thank goodness 😅.
