It was very clean and the hosts were really nice and helpful! The drive is quite narrow (but doable with a normal pkw) a bit up a hill but the view is worth that.

The accommodation was modern, clean and tastefully decorated. The size and space of the room was really good with 2 air con units covering living and sleeping areas. Large outside balcony, sitting area with seats/couch and umbrella was lovely to relax after a long hot day, the shade was definitely necessary, and sunny until sun goes down over side trees in evening. Views are lovely, and nice garden, grounds to walk around. If you don't intend on 'cooking' then the small kitchen area, fridge and microwave are ideal for breakfasts. No sink in that area meant using the bathroom sink and was difficult for larger items, but owners requested we leave dirty dishes on tray and they would wash. Owners were helpful and pleasant, we had to use google translate for a few things, which worked well. The location is remote, not immediately close to any restaurants but local towns in either direction were busier with Montecatini a nice tourist spot and Pescia good for the train into Florence or Lucca. A car is definitely recommended.
Everything was as expected, perhaps the lack of a sink in the kitchen, or more utensils for preparing food would be good, but overall we managed with what was there for the 3 nights and eating out late afternoon before returning to relax. We didn't see a washing machine, but as was start of our trip it wasn't needed, and we didn't ask.

The hosts were the most friendly people. We could arrive a bit earlier and were welcomed with cake and coffee.
The accomodation has everything you need and was SUPER neat.
