Excellent location, below average amenities, major fire safety issues. Would not recommend.

H τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική , πολύ κοντά σε μετρό της βασικής γραμμής του Μιλάνου (γραμμή 1) , σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Άρα οι εξορμήσεις ήθελαν λίγο χρόνο μετακίνησης. Επίσης κοντά είχε και ένα μεγάλο σουπερμάρκετ για όλα τα ψώνια.

Έχουμε μείνει σε πολλά καταλύματα. Δεν περιμέναμε πολυτέλεια. Περιμέναμε όμως τα απολύτως βασικά: έναν καθαρό, ασφαλή και σωστά συντηρημένο χώρο, με τις στοιχειώδεις παροχές που χρειάζεται ένας επισκέπτης. Δυστυχώς, δεν υπήρχαν. Το σοβαρότερο για εμάς ήταν το θέμα της ασφάλειας. Το κατάλυμα είναι ημιυπόγειο και, αφού ελέγξαμε τον χώρο και τα ντουλάπια, δεν εντοπίσαμε κανέναν πυροσβεστήρα. Τα ανοίγματα/παράθυρα που είδαμε δεν μας έδιναν κάποια προφανή εναλλακτική δυνατότητα διαφυγής σε περίπτωση που δεν μπορούσε να χρησιμοποιηθεί η κύρια είσοδος. Αρχικά θεωρήσαμε ότι ορισμένες συσκευές στην οροφή ήταν ανιχνευτές, αλλά διαπιστώσαμε ότι ήταν φωτιστικά. Η καθαριότητα και η υγιεινή ήταν επίσης πολύ κάτω από ένα αποδεκτό επίπεδο. Υπήρχαν εμφανή σημάδια υγρασίας/μούχλας, μυρμήγκια στον πάγκο της κουζίνας, χρησιμοποιημένα μικρά μπουκαλάκια και ξυραφάκι προηγούμενων επισκεπτών στο μπάνιο.Στο ψυγείο βρήκαμε ανοιγμένα τρόφιμα που είχαν μείνει από προηγούμενους και τα πετάξαμε εμείς. Το τηγάνι που θελήσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε είχε ακόμη λάδια/υπολείμματα από προηγούμενη χρήση. Δεν υπήρχε σαπούνι στο μπάνιο.Τα σαμπουάν ήταν σχεδόν άδεια και μάλλον αφημένα από προηγούμενους. Το ντους είχε πρόβλημα με αποτέλεσμα, κάθε φορά που κάποιος έκανε μπάνιο, τα νερά να καταλήγουν στο πάτωμα και το μπάνιο να γίνεται λίμνη. Δεν υπήρχε πατάκι. H σφουγγαρίστρα ήταν εξαιρετικά βρώμικη και μύριζε έντονα. Το καζανάκι της τουαλέτας δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά: ο μηχανισμός κολλούσε και το νερό συνέχιζε να τρέχει εάν δεν τον επαναφέραμε εμείς χειροκίνητα. Το κλιματιστικό έκανε τόσο έντονο θόρυβο ώστε τη νύχτα αναγκαζόμασταν να το κλείνουμε για να μπορέσουμε να κοιμηθούμε. Το στρώμα και τα μαξιλάρια ήταν εξαιρετικά άβολα και ξυπνούσαμε με πόνους στην πλάτη. Διαθέτουμε φωτογραφίες που τεκμηριώνουν πολλά από τα παραπάνω. Δεν θα μέναμε ξανά και δεν μπορούμε να συστήσουμε το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα.

We hope to be back next time we’re in Milan

Convenient location. We were there for a football match at San Serio and we just walked it. Convenient metro access as well. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean and had a nice private entrance. we didn’t use the kitchenette but it was nice to have the option as well. They were also pet friendly, so that was a huge perk.

It was perfectly clean. Nice comfortable bed. Modern look. Close to exhibition complex and metro.

No aircondition - inside was very very hot. There were no mosquito nets on windows so the apparmet was crawling with mosquitos. It is on basement level so when you open windows everyone looks inside.
