really liked the location, easy to get around with the metro and trains and trams. also liked the AC in the room and washing machine, really helpful. Fridge, iron was great to have too. The host was prompt to help and solve issues raised within an 30 minutes, which was very impressive. the building was nice and not noisy. read lots of review about the slamming door, but for us it wasn't a problem as we were waking up very early and it wasn't that bad!
The apartment could be looked after a bit more. lots of dust, on shelfs on top of bed, on skirting (both in the bedroom and in bathroom), on the floor. I did contact the host expressing my concerns and she immediately sent people to clean. They washed the floor and I really appreciated it but I think the whole apartment needs to be cleaned more in depth, especially for the price I was expecting a bit more. I would have appreciated more towels since we stayed 5 nights, fortunately we could use the washing machine.

Ich war ziemlich zufrieden: die Wohnung ist einfach zu erreichen, die Klimaanlage hat problemlos funktioniert, es war sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem.
Da ich nur für eine Nacht gekommen bin, um ein Konzert zu besuchen, war es super passend. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt kann die Wohnung ein bisschen zu laut sein.
Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und Check-in hat mit einem Telefonat super schnell funktioniert.
Mir hat alles gefallen, für eine kurze Aufenthalt reicht es vollkommen aus.

It was quite a long way to the city centre and in the local area there were few nice places to eat or drink in the immediate vicinity
There were no sharp knives or chopping boards for self catering
