Serenity, closeness to city center, 3mins walk to train station, 2mins walk to bus station. You can do your walking excercise without restrain. Property location and cuteness of apartment. Relationship with the host is excellent. Grocery shops are just all over walking distances.
Frying pan should be thrown away. Towels are getting old.

Needs a deep clean , constructive criticism , shower head needs descaling and grout needs mould removed , whilst it was all acceptable the kitchen cupboards aren't particularly clean , also the kettle needs descaling and many of the appliances were sticky.
The living area would also benefit from blinds , as it faces the parking , having the curtains drawn constantly for privacy means no natural light

The apartment is well located! once you get to know your surroundings. Comfortable and with everything you could need.
Taxi service was extremely confusing and after a long wait we had to walk. It wasn’t far but it was late at night and the streets were under construction so arriving was difficult for us in the dark.
