Location was great.
Free coffee and apples in reception.
They use whatsapp to liaise with you for check in and bag collection etc which was really good service
Free transportation from Schipol to the hotel
There is a little cat :)
The little cat didn't look too well. I raised this with the staff

The receptionist Saleh was very friendly and kind.
Location was excellent.
Complimentary hot drinks and fruits at reception.
There was NO lifts and our room was on the 4th floor, the staircase is VERY narrow and there was a cat in the hotel (I’m scared of animals).

The location is very central but it is very noisy as it is on a canal in the red light district and the windows are not double glazed. The rooms are clean but very small.
