Your high-speed fiber internet ensures you'll easily be able to watch your favorite shows and movies after exploring this prime location close to all the shops, bike paths, and amenities at Sunriver (a 10-minute drive). Enjoy close proximity to world-class skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking at Mount Bachelor, a 30-minute drive away. You’re also just 30-45 minutes from excellent hiking and fishing at Cascade Lakes. Indulge in scenic views along the Deschutes River while you fish, hike, or bike at La Pine State Park. Hit the links at Quail Run Golf Course, a challenging course with a picturesque backdrop. Nestled in a quiet part of the Oregon Water Wonderland, this home boasts an open floor plan that makes it easy for the whole group to socialize. A large backyard surrounded by trees offers ample space for lawn games, while complimentary bikes and sleds encourage year-round adventure. Vaulted ceilings soar in the great room, where a wood-burning stove is the centerpiece. A sectional and two chairs invite you to unwind and watch your favorite shows on the smart TV. There is a mini-split heating a cooling system in the living room. Indulge your inner chef in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances. This home sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms. The primary suite features a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Comfort awaits in the second bedroom, also furnished with a queen bed. In the third bedroom, you’ll find a twin-over-full bunk bed. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. Trees surround your spacious backyard -- an ideal spot for afternoon lawn games. There is a neighborhood marina with a dock and access to the Deschutes River. THINGS TO KNOW Firewood and fire-starting materials are provided. Your vacation rental includes a marina pass which offers exclusive access to the Deschutes River dock/marina. This property does not have air-conditioning. Deschutes County Tax Certificate #77 Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Loved staying at this comfortable home. Great location outside of Sunriver made for easy access to all the outdoor play we wanted. The beds were especially comfortable, and our kids appreciated the bunks. Overall it was the perfect space for our family of 4 to enjoy each others company and enjoy the wonderful area.
