About this cottage rental
Nestled in Sunset Beach, this attractive cottage for $386 per night is a great option for your next vacation. From the moment you begin driving over the bridge to Sunset you are surrounded with beautiful marsh views and the stunning intercoastal waterway. As you come over the bridge you are greeted by colorful beach homes and charm. The island of Sunset Beach is magical and special. Driving down the streets you will notice the colorful cottages and pride of ownership the residents of Sunset Beach offer. As you arrive at our home you will have "No Worries" ! You can escape to this adorable newly renovated 4 bedroom/3 bath West end home! The home was recently updated in 2022 with new floors, roof, countertops, appliances, furnishings, HVAC, water heater and more. In January of 2023 we updated the bathrooms in the home as well. The beachy decor is fun, fresh and cozy in this home that is just a short walk to the beach. Our beach cottage offers a screened in porch with cozy seating, large back deck, outdoor shower with changing area, hammocks and all the beach gear you need for a perfect family vacation! Inside you will find an updated kitchen, fresh paint and floors, flat screen tv's in each bedroom, washer/dryer, and gorgeous beachy decor! Linens are included with this property so just bring your clothes and hit the beach. If you are traveling with kids we also have a pack n play crib, a booster chair and a toddler pop up cot. This home also offers a separate room downstairs where you can let your kids have some fun playing games and spending time together. There is a flat screen tv in the kids rec room so you can bring your own games, crafts, nintendo, xbox, etc to enjoy while you are here! After spending the day on the sand and in the sun, shower off in our outdoor shower and head inside to cook dinner in our updated fully equipped kitchen. Our dining room seats 8 and we also offer an outdoor table and chairs that seats 6 and bar that seats 3. Don't want to cook? There are many great restaurant options in the area within a 5-20 minute drive. Upon arrival you will be provided with a few of the items you need to get your vacation started (detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc). Need more? There are several stores within a 5 minute drive to pick up any items you still need. Please use this information to pack the extra items you may need. We also have complimentary beach towels available for you to use but require you wash and dry them on your last day prior to leaving. We also have lots of beach toys, chairs, a cooler, umbrella and lots of other beach goodies you need for the perfect day in the sun. We are excited to welcome you to our home and hope you love it as much as we do!

We LOVED our stay in the No Worries bungalow! We have stayed at several different houses at Sunset Beach and this one is the best! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and eating in, the dining room table was big enough for all of us, and the coffee bar... just perfect! The bedrooms are a great size for families and were so comfortable! We visit Sunset Beach a couple times a year and will be booking here again!

Stayed here with wife for our wedding weekend! It was clean, cozy, and peaceful, everything we wanted! We really enjoyed having drinks on the screened in porch and evening walks to the west side of the island to watch the sunset. Loved staying here and would highly recommend!

The place was lovely! The layout was perfect for us, our two kids, and grandma. The house was also well stocked (both with linens, kitchen items, and paper products) and it was just a short walk to the water. This was our first trip to Sunset Beach and we’d love to come back!

Really great property with everything you would need!

Our family of 6 adults and 3 littles under 4yo stayed at this property for 5 nights at the end of September 2022. Unfortunately, we had an unexpected guest while we were there: Hurricane Ian. Despite high winds, the house kept us safe and dry, and the under-house parking kept our 3 cars from any damage. After Ian departed, we were able to spend 2 days at the beach – less than 10 minutes’ walk even with little people. The property had boogie boards and beach towels to borrow, which was nice. Even nicer was the outside shower to wash off the sand before coming inside. The kitchen held most all of what we needed (we bought some sponges) and there were basic staples in the fridge and pantry. The large dining table seated us all, and the kitchen counter stools were a hit with the kiddos for projects. We also enjoyed the screen porch on the front of the house. Communication with the owner was excellent – prompt and very helpful - and she even refunded one night because of the hurricane. A lovely, unexpected gift. The house is nice not fancy, which was great for a beach trip that includes the very young. The only thing that would have made the house better is a powder room on the main level (there is a 3rd full bath off the lower-level rec room), but we knew the layout in advance. Overall, the house worked well for our trip.

I can't say enough good things about this property.! Perfect at every level ! Spotlessly clean, newly renovated, fabulous front porch with fan and comfortable furniture, owner always quick to respond, and the best part....the 2 chairs in the front shaded by a crepe myrtle.. ..wonderful to sit and read, have wine or just chill. I will be booking this again soon. You will not be disappointed !

The house that has recently been renovated was perfect for us. The dining room is large and was able to fit all of us. The font, screened-in porch was very nice. It was a short, easy walk to the very nice beach. The boardwalk is pretty long with steps up and down over the dunes, but it was in perfect shape.
We would definitely go back.

Great stay in Sunset Beach
This is a great property in Sunset Beach, NC. If you are looking for a quiet beach neighborhood, look no further. We did not want this trip to end! We spent a week at No Worries, and loved it. The house is roomy and very comfortable. We were four adults, myself, husband and two adult kids and had plenty of room to spread out. The house even has a separate rec room and bathroom downstairs, but we did not have use for it. It is great for small kids to have their own space, if needed. We did use the DVD player from the room downstairs and brought it upstairs to use, which was fine, although there were no batteries in the remote, just had to use the controls on the tv. Not a big deal. The house is a short walk to the beach access down the street, so you can carry everything you need with you there. My son rented a surfboard from a place in Ocean Isle Beach for a few days, so that was fun. The surf is great swimming and boogie boarding, too, we all enjoyed it. The ocean here is so clean, the sand is powdery soft, and the beach is very large. The tide changes each day, but there is plenty of beach to use. We found some great places to eat as well over the bridge in nearby Calabash. No shortage of seafood restaurants here!. We also love fishing, and did a half day fishing trip on a charter boat, also in Calabash. There is a fishing pier nearby, so it you want to bring your rods and reels, you can do that right here too. We really did have a great time. Overall great stay at the beach! Thank you to Allyson and Matt for letting us stay at your home by the beach!

A great place to stay!!!
We stayed for the week of July 4th. The house was a short walk to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better house. It was well stocked with all the beach essentials from toys, chairs and towels. Alyson and her family thought of everything you might want or need while at the beach to keep you from having to lug all of yours from home. We will definitely be staying here again!

This was our first time visiting Sunset Beach and it was fabulous! Adorable little town, gorgeous beach and our stay at No Worries was perfect!
Allyson has thought of everything from beach towels to snack containers. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality equipment and all the things you could possibly need!
Beds are comfy, decorations are on point and the house is located in a super great location!

The house is updated, clean, well equipped, lovely! Features lots of extra touches to make your stay pleasant, and above the ordinary. The screened porch has new and comfortable furniture, even a small frig. There is also a well equipped coffee bar in the dining room. Everything is charming.
