THINGS TO KNOW Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent annually during the fall and winter. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Beautiful clean home. Great location. We’ve stayed in the area a few other times and this home has been our favorite. Planning on staying there again.

Our families had a great stay here over Thanksgiving weekend! We really enjoyed the open concept and spacious living room that connects to the large kitchen and dining room. The fireplace was wonderful and there are board games as well. We had to contact customer service to ask about the thermostat and they were so quick to answer and follow up and were just the kindest people to talk to, best customer service! There are 4 rooms and each room is nicely furnished: - 1 King bed (Master) with large bathroom - 1 Queen bed - 2 Twin Beds (It's actually a bunk bed with 2 twin size mattresses) - 2 Single Beds (Also a bunk bed with 2 single mattresses) Our kids had a lot of fun in the game room - there's a pool table, ping pong table, hockey table, darts, and more!

Private location, amongst trees. The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking and serving a large group. It is spacious and really everything we needed for our family vacation.
