Large 700 sq feet furnished master bedroom converted with beautiful view of the garden, pool and city in a quiet neighborhood, separate privacy walkway into the room, usage of the pool, spa, BBQ station included. Will strive to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable! just a text message or call away If there is anything else we can help with. 15 minutes to famous wineries of Temecula, 25 minutes to Pechanga Casino Resort, within an hour drive to attractions in San Diego or Orange counties like Sea World, Disneyland, beautiful beaches, etc If interested, you can check out my listings review on Are B n B Frequently asked questions: 1) Can I check in early? Usually I accommodate early check-in, but it depends if there is another guest checking out that morning so cleaner needs time to clean, usually she's done around 2pm. But you're welcome to come early and wait in the backyard. 2) Can I check out late? Sorry, no late checkout, due to the automatic scheduling system for cleaner. She is very prompt to come at 11AM and has other host's listings to serve too. 3) Is the pool heated? Unfortunately no, the heater just went out, and hence it's never been advertised as heated pool & spa in the listing, will update the listing in the future once fixed. There is a private hot tub inside the room. 4) Is Pet or Service Dog allowed? Unfortunately due to family member's allergy issue and other guest's health concern, this listing does not allow any pet or even Service dog. 5) What is the best way to get a hold of the owner? I'm more responsive if you message me on the app first or text to my phone as I'm often at work or on travel.

beautiful home and neighborhood, some of the amenities need updating/fixing, and would be nice to have access to the garage that isn't being used to store bikes if that's what you're in town for. Otherwise great place for the price, and easy going owner. 10/10 would stay again

Property was nice and clean. We were able to check in early which helped us out big time! Ron the host was easy to reach when we couldn’t get the box unlocked. Thank you for hosting us we will be back!

Close to major tourist area. Safe. Owner very responsive. Comfortable accommodation. Didn’t realize that it is a second floor unit-important for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Pretty property.

The master bedroom, was beautiful and enjoyable, the location was great and quiet. Private prking was available and the check in process was simple. The only reason this place lost a star was because the cleanliness of the shower was horrible. Shower backed up and had hair floating everywhere with mold in the corners. I addressed the owner with and with a quick response was told it would be fixed.

I was visiting California to attend my grandaughter's graduation and found this place very near to my son's home. It was clean, quite and safe. Everything was as advertised and will definitely consider staying again on my next visit. Beautiful home and neighborhood.

Our first time using Vrbo and didn't know what to expect. We were really going off of the referrals and photos. Easy access, quick responses and the place is really nice. Even nicer than the photos. If ever in the area again, we'll gladly look to stay here.

Mr. Lee was amazing and our stay was wonderful. We rented for a month and he was extremely helpful with anything we needed. Unfortunately, the weather was cold and rainy so we were not able to enjoy the pool. But it sure looked inviting. The in room spa tub was great but we really missed the hot tub not working. Overall, we would highly recommend. Thank you.

Property owner made it easy to check in without any contact. Definitely something I’d recommend to anyone wanting to have a quiet rental with a nice view of backyard and city street. 10/10 my friend! 😊

It was just me and my daughter this time. We drove to California watch my niece play volleyball and for my daughter to practice some volleyball. The room was perfect very spacious and a huge bathroom with a mini kitchen with a good size refrigerator inside the walk-in closet made it even better. I would definitely stay here again if going to that area again. Thank you Ron

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, shower was nice, also had a big bathtub. Lots of room. You did have to take stairs up to room, which was a lil difficult for my hubby due to his handicap! Backyard and pool where beautiful

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. I had a workshop to attend in Temecula and this property was a short drive to Temecula and located in a nice residential area. The property is clean and comfortable and the owners obviously take pride in their property. The spa bathtub was great, air conditioning worked well, bed was comfortable, mini kitchen (microwave and fridge) was perfect for storing left overs/ cold drinks. We even popped a couple of bags of microwave popcorn that were made available. We were overall very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again.
