The bright en-suite bathroom is appointed with a walk-in shower. Both the second and third bedroom have a plush queen bed. A pair of comfy queen beds and a 46” flat-screen can be found in the fourth bedroom. A guest bathroom features a granite vanity and a tub/shower combination. Another bathroom is configured with a sparkling walk-in shower. The shimmering pool and hot tub (open from the beginning of June to October, weather permitting) beckon in the tree-lined backyard. Stretch out on the pool deck and soak up the sunshine between refreshing swims. Enjoy morning coffee at a high-top table on the front porch. The spacious multilevel deck has everything you need for an evening cookout. Make use of the gas grill, then gather around a 10-person picnic table. The house was clean and plenty roomy for our group of 9 adults and one baby. Our family met here Thanksgiving weekend. The large kitchen/dining area was perfect for us. The living room is also nice and large and perfect for playing games with a crowd. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. One "bedroom " is more of a family room area with a bunkbed (full on the bottom and a twin on top),and 2 queen beds. We did have problems with the master toilet not working properly and the gas fireplace wouldn't light, but overall, the house was great for our group.

Not so good- one of the downstairs bedrooms did not have a door - ok for kids but not adults. The downstairs slider was very old and difficult to open - also no screen. The lock on the door has a 10 digit code and dead bolt - very cumberrsome and usually took at least 3 tries to lock and unlock. The master bathroom toilet did not flush correctly so it couldn't be used. we had to buy a new shower liner for the upstairs bathroom as the one they had was barely hanging on with one hole. The hot tub was cloudy. The kitchen had ants - do not leave any food out. They were crawling all over a bag of chips - very gross. The dehumidifier in the basement had a condensate pump that was very noisy. We had to leave a day early because of Hurricane Lee - and requested a one night refund - so far that hasn't been granted. Is there a legal obligation no but given all the issues and the hurricane it would be the right thing to do. I will update if they refund us a night.

The house was great. A couple of issues with the toilets, but managed them and Vacasa promised to remedy for future renters. Location was ideal (close to Grumpy’s for breakfast!) and plenty of room. Pool and hot tub would have been really nice had the weather been warmer. All in all very pleased.

My group (11 adults) had a terrific time staying in East Dennis. The house had plenty of space both indoors and outdoors and the neighborhood was super peaceful.

We went with a group of 11 girls for a weekend away. We couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in. The serene backyard, the excellent location(close to everything you need in walking distance but still feeling like you were in private area), comfortable beds, spacious living and amenities all made for such a good trip. The host, James, was very quick to respond and made check in/check out so easy. If I could give it more stars I would! We will be back for sure.

The living room was comfortable and attractive. However, there were many other issues that left a negative feel about the rental, as follows:
No railing on front porch was a safety hazard and made it hard to get up the stairs.
The downstairs sleeping quarters were not acceptable:
There was a musty smell downstairs- possible mold.
One bed was under the large drain pipe from the upstairs bedroom (the flush was loud directly over the bed) The coils under the mattress were felt through the poor quality mattress making it very uncomfortable. The TV was located directly next to the headboard. It should be located in a differentlocation or a TV cart to move it around.
The bunk beds consisted of a double sized and a twin sized bed over it. The double sized was okay.
The twin size was the best bed in the basement sleeping room. It had a very good memory foam mattress. However, The mattress was even with the lowguard safety railing causing a possibility of falling out of the bed.
The other queen sized bed was okay but the Duvet Cover was ripped and had a hole in it.
The dehumidifier was loud and rattled at times making it very difficult to fall asleep at night. The drainpipe from dehumidifier also added to the noise.
The carpet on the stairs was in need of shampooing as does the basement room. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The toilet was faced by a wall, which was extremely close to an adult's knees making it necessary to place hands on the wall to stand up. No window in bathroom. Glade spray room freshener can was empty.
Back bedroom in basement was very musty smelling. Occupant had to leave room and move upstairs to sleep on the sofa, and tripped on the poorly lit and narrow step to get out of the room.
The shower in the basement was very good! It had excellent water pressure and lots of very good hot water!!!!
Poorly equipped kitchen. There were only 2 wine glasses and 3 odd drinking glasses. No bowls.
Chairs in DR were terrible, 4 wood one broken and 6 wooden seat and all junk metal very hard and uncomfortable. Kitchen had a wooden rise in the floor that was hard to see and easy to slip on.
Bathroom attached to main bedroom - the toilet kept running, had to take top off to reset the water plug. The shower dripped so much it sounded like it was raining. There was no toilet paper supplied. We called the 800 # to report problems immediately and got no response before we left.

Beautiful home in a quiet residential section. The house is well appointed. Can't beat the pool and hot tub after a day at the beach. Enough bedrooms for a large family or family reunion. Game room downstairs is a plus. Enjoyed the deck and the gas grill overlooking the pool. It was an awesome week. We will be back.

This is the perfect house for a family vacation

Celebrating a monumental birthday with family was great- and the house can very easily fit 13 sleeping and hanging out. However, the description was "off" on a few things, we had some concerns and disappointing aspects of the home, and should be addressed.
* NO outdoor maintenance whatsoever: The porches, the decks, the steps, the walkways and entire yard was completely covered with leaves! It was dangerous considering (we could only check in at 4:01 PM) it was getting dark. The back and lower deck (rotting wood) to the hot tub was very difficult to know where to walk. The next morning over 3 hours was spent "sweeping" all the leaves for there was no access to any yard equipment.
* The house was very musty smelling as we entered - not sure when the house was last opened up and cleaned? We had to buy candles and air freshener
* The house was superficially cleaned - or at least not cleaned again before our arrival. Dust, dead bugs in showers, cobwebs and spiders. The kitchen pots (caked on dried food) and dishes (dirty/grimy) and silverware/utensils (stained/dirty) all had to be washed before we could cook anything.
* Mismatched glassware and plates - not enough of either.
* The fireplace did not work - which after reading prior reviews we inquired - and I was told it was working. The control system was literally burned - and some prior renters had used real wood and burned the artificial wood and all controls ??? This was very disappointing to the older parents in our party who really wanted a fireplace. I spoke with Vacasa - and they credited me $200 for the inoperable fireplace and sent over a maintenance guy - he said there was nothing he could do about the damaged fireplace, and by then we had taken care of leaves as much as we could. He was a nice guy; but preventively/proactively these things should have been taken care of.
*. The Bunkroom had a 2 single beds and bunk beds - but one single bed had no frame/headboard/footboard - and the mattress was on the floor - the broken bed was in a storage unit in the basement. Not a key sleeping opportunity for our grown children
*One upstairs bedroom had broken blinds - and we could not raise them during the day.
We have been renting homes for over 35+ years - and understand that things happen, and homes can have issues. But I was very disappointed that we had so many issues on a 4 night stay. Clean homes with appropriate and ample supplies is a key aspect of great homes

Quick drive to all the restaurants you would want or if you want to stay home and grill highly recommend Dennis Public Market for meats and you need to stop by Ring Bros. for fresh produce, seafood, smoothies, sushi they have it all. Neighborhood is great for family walks at night with the Dog. House gives plenty of sleeping options and allows everyone to be spread out. Outdoor decks and patio great for gathering - great spot for a family vacation.
