About this house rental
This home has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 8, that opens up right into the living room. Enjoy views of the ocean while you have your meals or morning coffee, either indoors or out. As there is outdoor dining for 6 also, that looks right out to the beach.
The master suite is located downstairs, has a king bed with a private en suite bathroom, and patio access with beach views right from the bedroom. There is a shared half bath located downstairs. All 5 of the other guest bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. All bedrooms have their own TV's. There is a washer and dryer on site for your convenience.
With beach access right from your backyard, with a gas grill on the patio, this home has everything you need to make the most of your stay here on Harbor Island.
Harbor Island is notorious for a quiet beach getaway, with plenty of amenities available at your fingertips. Swimming pools, a kiddie pool, tennis, volleyball, and pickleball courts, fitness/weight rooms, playgrounds, and bike rentals are all available to you right on the island.
Hunting Island State Park is less than a 10 minute drive, where you can explore the 2 different beaches, the Lighthouse, Nature Center and more!
If you'd like to explore something other than natural beaches, historic Beaufort, South Carolina is just minutes away. As well as both historic Charleston, SC (90 minutes away) and Savannah, GA (an hour away).
Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
The community pools on Harbor Island are open from April 1 - October 31st.
Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.
**Please note that there is enough parking space for up to 4 vehicles.**
Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.

Our family of nine (6 adults, 3 kids) spent a week at 48 N. Harbor Drive and had an absolutely lovely time. The house is perfect for a group of our size - comfortable and well laid out, well equipped, and perfectly situated within Harbor Island. We loved the private boardwalk and we made good use of the golf carts. The community is wonderful as well - was so nice to be at a beach that wasn’t packed with partiers. Just plenty of other families like ourselves. We loved our stay and are already planning to come back!

We really enjoyed staying in this house and the peaceful and quiet beach. We have already reserved a week here for next year.
