Beautiful home with awesome accommodations.

Beautiful house, weather and island! Enjoyed everything, we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The floor plan made the home feel Spacious with plenty of spaces to retreat for some me time. The games in the basement are great for blustery/rainy days. The two golf carts are welcomed if more than one family is sharing the rental. Surrounding resturants offer great dining selections. The elevator was great for challenged persons and for getting heavier items to the living area. Tips: the propane tanks for the firepit and gas grill were empty. We would stay here again and again.

Good layout but desperately in need of updating. Rugs, bedding, kitchen all needs some love. In my rentals, I always provided toiletries for all bathrooms. Malfunctioning faucet in kitchen, eventually fixed, was problematic. Couldn't lock back door. Golf carts are outdated as well. Won't stay here on return to Fripp.

We had a great week at Fripp. House is a good house but definitely needs some TLC and a good exterminator.

Just as advertised, extremely clean, the oversized extra refrigerator in garage area is a plus for multi families. Sam is extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be back !

Very clean, very well appointed rental property that completely fit my family's needs, which at one point included 8 people. Everything updated and modern. Two golf carts are key to not forcing me to spend extra money with additional rentals. We are planning on booking this property again next year.

Our family loved Fripp Island and the Wear House! We have always gone to Hilton Head (HH), but we love Fripp better - so much more chill. Fripp offers a much slower pace with significantly fewer people. The only thing we missed about HH are the extensive bike paths. Sam had great communication throughout and the packet of information sent before arrival answered all questions and made arriving after a twelve hour drive a piece of cake. We spent a week at the Wear House in May with eighty degree weather and no crowds. Perfect! The Wear House meets all expectations with a great location. We drove the golf carts less than five minutes to beach (access #9), a slightly longer boardwalk to the beach, but we had the beach to ourselves. We loved having two golf carts which made taking the provided beach chairs a breeze. Our four adult kids love the big waves and spent the day body surfing. Some details that might be helpful: 1) For refilling the golf carts, the "gas station" closed in May at 6:00pm on Friday and opened again on Saturday at 7:00am. 2) The workout facility and the olympic pool were both closed and under construction, reopening sometime this summer. 3) Tie dying was a huge hit for all four of my young adult kids. The loved it so much on Tuesday afternoon that they went back on Thursday - reasonable prices too. 4) Bring a lighter to light the gas fire pit. We brought our own campfire sticks and made s'mores - beautiful outdoor area over looking the golf course. 5) Bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in late since the beautiful windows in the master bedroom let in the morning light. The Wear House is beautiful and helped make our vacation wonderful. We hope to return next year. Thank you again for opening up your lovely home to our family!

We loved our stay! Cleanest and nicest home we have ever stayed in at Fripp. The layout is perfect for family’s with kids or two-three separate family’s who want their own space . No detail was left out when building this home. The two large fans in the garage are a wonderful perk to help dry off beach items that have been rinsed off, the golf carts were very nice, the elevator was perfect for helping to get luggage up and down from the house, and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. No complaints at all. Overall a wonderful experience and stay. We will be back!

There was an extra fridge and freezer in the lower level for extra space and having the golf carts (as part of the rental) was great. We were only able to have the 6 person cart as the other one was out of commission, but completely made due.

We had 2 families including 5 children ages 1-7. The house was wonderful! 2 deer greeted us in the driveway as we pulled in, we loved all of the deer on the island. Taking the golf carts to the pool or beach was very convenient, so amazing that beach chairs were provided! A fully stocked kitchen that we used to cook in every evening and a great drink fridge and extra freezer in the garage. On a rainy evening we loved playing all of the games in the garage. Would recommend to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The only challenge was water pressure. Only 1 shower at a time was possible and could not run laundry and the dishwasher at the same time. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked and the house is well taken care of. Thank you

Great location, very clean, fully stocked kitchen, and it included everything we needed to enjoy our time on the island. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to vacation on Fripp.
