This spot turned out to be really close to events we were attending. Traffic from Rupp Arena did not effect our time to get to/from the event. Majority of traffic was leveraging 75 instead of being in-town traffic. House was clean and well keep. Offer plenty of space for us to unwind when not exploring Lexington. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a local stay in the city!

Our family loved our time in Lexington at this property. There was plenty of space for our family of 6; comfortable beds; nice linens; and all the things we needed to cook a few meals together. The house is clean and the owners were super helpful when we needed anything. Our kids loved the ping pong table in the garage. The house was a short drive from all of the things we wanted to do while visiting. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay for our trip to Keeneland. The house is clean and comfortable. The location was central to many places to eat and close to our Keeneland day.

I ended up being the only one staying at this cute house, but there was plenty of room for the original five who had intended on being there. It was easy to communicate with the host and I got a quick response any time I had a question. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a private backyard and a bike trail nearby if you want to get out and walk. Great experience and would definitely stay again!

Convenient, clean, modern. Perfect 3 bedroom, 2 bath house for a few days. The house was clean. The beds were very comfortable.

This was a yearly girls get together. The house was wonderful. Cute and very clean. Easy access to roads to go out touring. Owner easy to contact and was very helpful with ideas of places to go. Would recommend this place.

We are so happy we decided to stay here rather than a hotel. Not only was the home cheaper, but it was much easier to stay here than in a hotel with the room that a hotel afforded.

We had a beautiful week in LEX at the horse show and the property was perfect. Close to everything and so convenient. Extremely clean and comfortable. It was perfect, and we will stay here again!
