This lovely home has its own private boat dock, an expansive backyard, and a large deck. The beautiful covered deck area and backyard have mature shade trees, a lawn, and access to the beach. The waterfront area features shaded seating on the water and a covered private dock. The main home has a separate single-bedroom apartment above the home. The main house has a country-style kitchen and two comfortable living room areas: one with a fireplace, a TV, and a large dining table, the other with a card table, a piano, and access to the deck and yard. The multi-bed suite also features deck access. There’s also a clothes washer and dryer. Beautiful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away. THINGS TO KNOW Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Dock details: There is a private dock on the property. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We loved how comfortable and cabin like the house felt. We had a very large group and it accommodated us all just fine. Lots of seating and the kitchen was stocked with all dishes needed. The only downside was the dock was blocked off, and the “beach” area is tiny and pretty mossy. But the house was great, Check in and out was extremely easy, and we weren’t bothered with a bunch of calls or emails regarding the stay. I received a few texts letting us know how to reach them if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again

HI, Lakefront view was splendid. However, when we were booking the place, it said 7 bedrooms and 4 bath. To our surprise it only had 6 bed & 3 bath. Why was it wrongly advertised?
