You will have everything from a full-size pool table, a full-size fridge to keep your snacks and beverages close by, and a TV with a DVD player. This floor also includes two bedrooms, each with TVs and en suite full bathrooms. From here, you and your friends will have direct access to a private backyard featuring an in-ground outdoor pool, an outdoor dining area, and an outdoor shower! The second floor hosts the main living space, which features a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen and an inviting living room. The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, two coffee makers (Keurig and Drip), and a convenient wet bar, in case you would like to treat your friends to tasty cocktails and beverages. The kitchen also features an eight-person dining table for more formal meals and a four-person breakfast bar for when you're in a rush. When it's time to finally unwind after a long, yet fun-filled day, the living room will be waiting for you with comfortable sofas surrounding a TV. This is a great place to snuggle up, read a good book, plan your next moves, or simply gather and enjoy a fun time with your guests. The living area opens up to a deck overlooking the pool with an outdoor hot tub. Additionally, you will find two more bedrooms (each with a TV) sharing a full bath. And last, but not least, the third and upper level offers a secluded bedroom with a private balcony and an en suite full bath. THINGS TO KNOW For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available. There is an extra fridge in the game room. The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October. Four beach chairs and a trunk of full beach toys are available. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
